Now, the game has content for more than 70 hours. Therefore, you can safely continue to play, guided by the tasks from the quest log. However, if you want to get any specific scenes from the content of the game, it is better to open and read the manual for the game. One thing I can advise - try to save the game before each contact with the characters

You need the walkthrough.

Read the first pages: it contains a general intro to the game. There's a "tips & tricks" section at the end of the walkthrough, too.

Best idea: read the first pages, "tips and tricks" and play the first intro quest following the walkthrough.

The rest is up to you.

Have another question, is there any reliable way to either decrease or increase my alignment? A significant amount of content is locked and requires a higher alignment, also I like the idea of having the option to become the "good" guy again so to speak.

As far as I remember there are only 3 Events in the game that can raise alignment... 2 of them is to bury someone dead in the wildernis (one requires to have exiled Dassan out of Rumah).
To lower it you can steal on several occassions (Gold and Vegetables for example).
Or more easily said, be a good boy or bad one.

As evangelion said, only a couple of chances.
Also there isn't any content for being good, as far as i know. Even if u are on the love path for the girls, much content is locked behind corruption either for the girl or the MC.
Sometimes understandable like Kate/Clair threesome, often not so much like anal scenes, or the blindfold/sleep sex with Verena, after u are in a relationship with her.
Sucks a bit at times imo, for example i like Kate dialogue on low/no corruption way more, but than u miss a lot of her content.

Sadly that's the price, you can either have a loving relationship with normal dialogue but few sex scenes or all the sex scenes but with an only minded slut.

... that doesn't sound likely, the girls start out very prude and restrictive towards sex and only start to open up for more adventures acts once their inhibition is significantly lowered (higher corruption actually means a lowered inhibition based on what Isha said).
You are not mind controlling the girls or anything, anything they speak about or request is based on their own being, you are just removing inhibition forced on them by society since birth.
As a cosequence they are more open to their desires and crude in conversations...

I know that you are removing inhibitions, (that’s actually a really interesting take in games like these) it’s only I wished that at least they kept a normal conversation.
But I guess this is the biggest consequence

though it's arguable in regards to the wench... I am pretty sure there are saying about wenches being half as bad as prostitutes and those half as bad as seamstresses.

storywise it's likely but (porno-)graphically wise I don't think so... the MC is still under Ishas influence so Athia is likely cutting him some slack and let him roam free as long as he helps her in the important matters

Yes that pretty much the impression i got.
I think Mira was done well, she is protected against the corruption and u can still lower her inhibitions and get her to accept a harem with her family.
But it would probably way too much work to implement a similiar path for all characters.

I mean, u can do that all without corrupting them or the MC. On the top of my head, only the nun and Hiba in Rumah village u need to corrupt if u want to have fun with them, the others u get without it.
Corruption is only really needed to unluck more scenes.

The wifes are all not happy with their hubbys and the virginitys, well the MC is promissing them marriage or a relationship...how he will tell them that there are dozen others, well it will be funny
