I mean, u can do that all without corrupting them or the MC. On the top of my head, only the nun and Hiba in Rumah village u need to corrupt if u want to have fun with them, the others u get without it.
Corruption is only really needed to unluck more scenes.

The wifes are all not happy with their hubbys and the virginitys, well the MC is promissing them mirrage or a relationship...how he will tell them that there are dozen others, well it will be funny

The Virgin girls have a corruption requirement before enabling the vaginal sex Option so that's not quiet correct.
Mouth, feet and hands are game early on and if the girl has the assests even breasts or asscheaks.
But actual penetration is well guarded until inhibition is lowered.
The MILFs don't have that requirement, but if they find you cheating you better be ready for hell to come.
The Rumah girlls are the only exception here I gues, though they won't let you get it easy either

Clay became grindy now because of the sheer amount that you need for the house renovation. Before that, we only needed 10 or so for certain tasks. I hope Chyos make something up to make the process less painful.

I'm doing another playthrough and you know... it's not that hard. Clay is one of the most common items alongside wood. Some of you may have forgotten about the swamp. A good amount of clay spots there. And there are many other spots in the whole game.

In this game, it's recommended that you gather every resource that you see, don't leave it for later (perception and constitution are important). After the forest is empty, wait a few days for new resources to appear.

Now, I'm finding gathering Elderwood way worse. Gwen demands 20.

there is a high chance in the farm land and the dark woods (with the small Orc camp)... but yeah it takes much longer to gather that... though iron is still the worst

You need to have had sex with her several times before (I think 3 times)... than keep switching positions, each switch advance time by 30 min I think and once it's midnight Giron will interrupt your fun

Pump your perception up to 4-5 and you will be happy

Better yet, pump Tia's and/or Lyvia's perception so you don't have to sacrifice precious points for MC's other skills.

Notification was likely because of the beginning of a new month, and you had merchaneries in Arenfield

Better yet, pump Tia's and/or Lyvia's perception so you don't have to sacrifice precious points for MC's other skills.

Tia and Lyvia are better served with Strength, Endurance, Armor proficience and Dexterity (with Tia on 5 in Nature skill)
The MC needs to pass a few perception checks throughout his adventure so it's beneficial... let alone it's one of his main stats

Yeah, I agree with this. My main character's perception is already pretty high btw... it's still a low process.

it is not that rare. selling it is my primary source of income.
it probably scales by stat. you need either more perception or more nature. not sure which of them determines discovering elder wood

When I said that my character had high perception, I meant that I managed to maximize it. Tia's nature too.

Elderwood are the red trees... all trees spawn randomly in areas outside of the villages, there is no way to influence at which rate they sppawn as far as I can tell.
And IF I remember correctly 1 tree brings you 3 Elderwood when failed the str. check and 5 if passed.
The only thing you can increase with perception is the random drops on normal maps
