If you mean Combat party you need to go to the Girl that you want to join (and whom has offered it for helping her) and than request her to join you via dialogue

Oh how do I get them to offer to make a party just keep helping them out?

step 1: find the file in the game folder
step 2: right click on it and select your compression software. compress it as zip, rar, or 7z.
step 3: in F95 select attach files. select the compressed file from step 2.

To be precise, advance Tia's quest (level 8) and Lyvia's quest (level 20). You have to complete Imaywn's quest (level 3) to start Lyvia. Read the walkthrough.

After the dialogue change when giving her water exit the in at 6:00 pm and go back inside, guards will be looking for ophelia

I agree with you. After her transformation she talks about money and how she will be able to buy the inn from Thomas. I think her personality changed and...hmmm...she is acting a little bit strange. Also she mentioned her mother...Lucrecia. By the name and also by the description given by Pia, i think she is a very "naughty" lady. Perhaps Pia will become like her!I really dislike Pia. I want Ophilia back!!
Most likely Ophilia will be back to closer to her regular self later on, but at this point of the story she has basically just lost everything, is wanted for treason and is completely dependent on MC and Thomas keeping her secret, so it's not surprising that she is desperate for money and looking into possibly acquiring the inn to gain some means of protecting herself.
