there's nothing we can do on our end for that. I turn off auto-save so I can skip time without having to wait for it to save. There is probably a way to optimize the game to reduce the time it takes to save but those would need to be implemented by chyos

Her house is south of Penny's. Just go inside and the quest line starts. After that keep going south until you get to the thieves hideout. There's a tree to the left that you can use to rope down.
During Anya's quest you must bring her with you to face with the bandits (south road) and loose (which is easy if you're not prepared with antidote)
