Follow Frisha questline until King Eric visit Arenfield.
Help John complete the weapon order (you will need to form a mercenary group with Lyvia and recluit mercenaries to guard the Mine and/or mine yourself).
Once you help him complete the order he will make a chastity belt for Liandra if you ask him.
You ask him after you kill the Brigands guarding Liandra and before you decide where to send her. If you still didn't take control of the Camp she can only go to Giron Mansion.
You need to do a lot of things, so I recommend to check the Walkthrough.

You can trigger Liandra arrival a lot of time before you can complete the King's order (because is part of Frisha questline). If you don't listen to Giron and Dave conversation after you choosed Frisha fate you can delay her arrival to whenever you want.
The walkthrough is useful to decide when you do things and not waste time. You can get stuck or delayed in a questline for not interacting with a specific character or not advancing another questline.
A example of related questlines:
You need to have sex with Claire in the inn cellar, then copy Thomas special door key, to witness one of the Cult Reunions and reach the end of the current Cult related quests.

Did the dev ever mention implementing a Gallery? I'm playing Vanilla, but want to see NTR events as well, feel like missing out.

RPGM does not handle galleries well. I have seen some RPGM games with galleries but they were always poorly implemented.
Also this game in particular would be difficult. All the scenes are repeatable, but the dialog varies based on various variables. such as various corruption breakpoints, "had X times sex", virginity, affection, and so on.
You can just download a full save to see the events that way. Since they are repeatable
Although you do miss on some stuff like the deflowering scenes
I've seen quite a few RPGM game do these basically as a separate room/area where you can walk in front of npc to activate replay of scenes you've already done, even with just the different dialogue variants. So it's not impossible.
