From what I remember there is a real murderer, meaning that if you accuse the wrong person the actual murderer can get away with it and the MC can basically end up having an innocent person punished if they accuse the wrong person. I could be wrong however.

Green stomach icon means that you are well fed in contrast to the red one

green stomach is a buff, the only way to make it disappear is to not eat, but that gives you more problems.
