No bro i really don't understand what caused it but i figured it out by not importing the saves from previous version and it's working now, i really don't know what caused the save files or folder to get corrupted i don't have any problems starting over it sting a little to loose all the progress considering i was playing this since it was in 3.0 versions but besides figuring out what the problem is i really don't know what caused it...? I already deleted the saves files.

2 different questions I'm afraid.
A rough estimate, I'd say it's 40%~50% done.
There's about 40~50 hours worth of playtime (two times that if you want to experiment with all the available routes), so yeah, more than worth playing again.

Yes, you can avoid it normally (Of course you have to keep in mind a lot of variables, like the time and the movements that the LI make in game. You always have to block what they do). Or you can simple tourn off NTR at the start of the game (in this case, the LIs will never get to the point of betraying you, but you still have to follow their events to continue their relationship. When you get to the point of blocking them, the game will do it automatically, without putting you at serious risk.

I hate NTR (Netorare/Netorase) but i Like Netori. So i put NTR off at the start. The developer was also good at dividing the category of Netori from Netorare and Netorase. So if you like Netori, it is not affected by NTR off

In last version, when im trying to enter deep mines, it always says, that dark elves and goblins are alerted, and it does not let me go there, no matter how long i wait. Does anyone know how to get around it?

That entrance is for the dwarves settlement. The goblins mines is through the stairs in the clearing on the right of it (where there's a group of goblins and a chest).

There is everything. And everything is optional. You have to make certain decisions to see this scenes. You can't accidentally stumble into them. If you want to be on the safe side, you will also be asked a question during the intro, at the very beginning of the game, with which you can deactivate NTR from the beginning. However, you will then miss out on really good content

The vast majorty of the Ntr is either from the mc acting like an idiot or intentionally letting other men sleep with your lovers because you get off to it. They're pretty much all out of character because the ntr scenes really only exist in this game for the sake of the fetish

Not true. And you even sorta admit it when you say "majority" instead of "all".
Yea sure, MOST scenes are you acting foolish. But there is a minority of scenes that you can see accidentally. whether it is from losing a battle, not realizing something that was obvious to others, a misclick, or forgetting something. (there are several repeatable like having to give penny veggies every week. for example. or another girl needs money. etc.)
this is why there is an option in the setting to disable it entirely, preventing it from happening accidentally.

Even for Penny the ntr won't happen unless both corrupt her a ton first and then not pay off her debt, and that's of course only if you got Lucius to help instead of Kathrine and are selling him your cum. I totally agree. This is one of the reasons why I disabled NTR at the beginning of the game. Precisely because I didn't want to make a single misstep. The game introduces NTR as a punitive phase of the game, not as a real canon of the story. So you have to really like it, to want to see certain scenes. I remember that with all the NTR disabled, when I got to the church part, where I had to be careful of the sucubus because of Mira, I still had my finger ready, because I feared some plot repercussions or some bug on the NTR off.

Anyway from what I read, I'm probably one of the few who's playing Penny pure route
But I'm not really sure, because I was still in the early stages, if I'm not mistaken, I had reached the point where, she tells me about her boyfriend who left for war or something like that.

You don't even need to cheat to get a Healing Potion to save Frank, do Tia's Quest, then Fate of Rumah then fight the Orcs by Gurtak they should drop a Healing Potion, then you save that for Frank. Or another way is Arianna when she gets captured, you locate the Cult and kill a cult member or sneak to open a chest to get a Healing Potion.

This technique is for when the "find out what happened at the bandit camp" mission is completed, when Frank's body is removed from the game.

You don't really seem to understand what I was saying was that it only happens when you let it happens. What I meant is that that you are given plenty of opportunities to prevent an ntr scene even and it's hard to get an ntr scene by accident that's out of no where.

Given 100 easy skill checks, you realistically are going to roll some (metaphorical) nat 1s

If you are into that, fine. you do you.
If you are not into it though, just disable NTR in settings menu to avoid having to make those skill checks in the first place.
