but i'll give it a go iron mine: 'exit 1' at the bottom-center (due south) of the map, 'exit2' is in the top-left (north east) behind some huge doors only activates after a quest, 'exit 3' is in a hole in the ground in the goblin camp in the top-right (north east) only activates after a quest.
deep mine: 'exit 1' is the stairs you arrive in/on 'exit 2' is the lake at the top-right (north east) but it only activates after the quest
you want some precies info actual tell use because otherwise its guess work.

That scene was a part of the last major update, we have had one minor update since then. So like late April, and mid May.
If you haven't seen Arianna become half furry, you haven't seen it, it's obvious. Finish that main quests and you will see it.
Walkthroughs haven't caught up to it yet, without knowing who puts them together, I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that they are aware, and are working on it.

Was offline, so I didn't look at your problem at all. And what another member said is true. You don't really give any info.
So I suggest you to look at the walkthrough under Bianca, Ugotha and Snikka. Since these 3 have the goblin content.
And getting out of the quest is not possible, because 1) it is not finished yet and 2) started quests can't be dodged. (That's the thing about sandbox-like games.)
All the exits out of the mine were written by another member, too.

But generally time-sensitive quests are marked: For example when Bianca and Gavina are captured by the elves in the iron mine, there will be a deadline of 7 days.
Sometimes there are time-sensitive events like, for example, Tia staying in Rumah for the first time and you leave her there, she will be fooling around with Dasan. These events are not marked in the questlog, but you should notice these as they are clearly told, when you actually read and notice the stuff that happens, when you play the game.

No quest, in general, like they said that chick is seeing the mayors son, so if im doing other stuff for a month without progressing further will i get cucked? Or if i lose and 2 days pass is there some hidden countdown?

Not as fast as that. Generally you need to progress some characters before anything happens at all.
So for Frisha, you could do something else for an ingame-year and nothing would happen. She will just visit him and that's it. Only if you progress with her quest (and Mia's), then you will have choices to do something or not (MC will talk to the player and say something like: "If I want to intervere, I should do that soon").

If you have no open quests (with a time indicator) and you just go for grinding, then yes, it won't matter.
December is a special month, as there are some winter-specials, that only happen then, but otherwise, there is no downside.
No you have now been asked to actualy provide info so people can diagnose your problem, but you can't even be bothered to tell me which of the 3 exits that you can't find is.

I have completed the downloaded mission so I can enter his house. Ariana's mission came to the village house. and Verena's mission has also been completed. There are no more Ariana missions in the missions menu. Are there other missions to do? because I don't see the mentioned changes.

plsss help xd, I want the threesome scene of clarie and kate but it won't let me take it because her mother is in the other room I'm in the part where you can decide if you want to go to the other city I already have the carriage and the horse.

There is part of your issue reguarding Arianna. Read Claire's walkthrough for the Thomas question. Following that quest will lead to more Arianna.
