Well, if the next big update is Kirlic that would be interesting.
I wonder if we get to have interaction between Melissa and Sabrina as they both want to go back to Uni for different reasons.
Marrying Liandra to become the next baron and Aidalin becoming a brother-in-law.
It was sort of hinted that Ophillia is going to take the bar from Thomas after the whole cult event, but how her father's case gets sorted out will be interesting to see as well.

I mean they are actually friends as Melissa told us so it would be interesting, though with Sabrina being bound to Gwen she'll likely soon have to leave into elven lands.
Anyway neither Melissa, Sabrina or Ophelia will be adressed in the Kirlic Update it's just the location and maybe a handfull of side Characters.

... I don't get it? But let me summarise what I can pull from this. You downloaded a version of the game labeled BUGTEST .. In all capts no less and .. you didn't expect any bugs? Even game breaking bugs?

If you play someones bugtest you need to do so that you are throwing your time and possibly your save down the toilet and backup accordingly. If you fail to do that, That isn't on anyone else but you. Don't wail like a baby just because you fucked around and found out.

Let alone the fact that issues like this really can't be helped on games that are in active development. They happen, It's just part of the reality of a development process. It does no one any good to cry about it. Besides .. Ultimately the responsibility of insuring that things like this don't effect you is not on the developer, It's on you .. If you just can't waitey waitey to play the newest releasy, weesy and you no back up your savey wavey then it's your own damn faulty dolty!

It hasn't been released. Since we are starting to get questions about it, (and I haven't played it yet, probably won't for a few more days, my gaming time is on another game atm) I went looking for it.

It doesn't exist, in the post that gave the v0.6.0.10bugtest link on Patreon, Chyos only linked the v0.6.0.0 walkthrough. (Bottom of the image shows the file name.)

The full walkthrough is found in the OP and people still ask questions all the time that it could answer. And if text right next to the download link warning you to back-up your saves isn't a fair warning then nothing is. Also, doesn't Chyos use this thread to hunt bugs? People in his discord have even linked posts from this thread to address bugs in the past. I see your point I just think it's making a mountain out of a mole hill, and I don't think you're a troll.

I said you were being arbitrary because you never raised an objection at sneak peeks or progress updates being leaked to the thread, even though those are listed as rewards from subscribers just like early access. And I'll say it again, version 6.0.8 is still listed on Chyos' patreon as a reward for wayfarer tier subs. So by your logic shouldn't an update released 3 weeks ago still not be in this thread since it "deliberately undercuts" Chyos?

Nope, walkthrough has not been released. Look at the post you got from Chyos for the bugtest, the walkthrough in the post is v0.6.0.0, not v0.6.1.0. We are starting to get questions about the latter.

No, three days is a tiny ask, seems way to hard of concept for you to understand.

You hadn't seen it yet, but I did some research on how I arrived at a three days, I never said it was set in stone. But same day is an asshole move no matter how you look at it.


Not sure why you think beating Chyos to leaking the bugtest here before he released it to wayfarer's proves anything in your favor.

That Walkthrough is for version 0.6.0.0 though I was talking about the one for 0.6.1.0.
That aside... expecting people to act reasonable in a situation they more or less admit they fucked up? ... it's my Job to deal with these people every day and let's just say that's the biggest mistake you can make.
People don't read jack-shit no matter how important or well intended... they just do stuff, than complain. and since this is natural and should be well known the fault lies with the supplier obviously.
In a perfect world this Forum could be an extended user group for testing... but realistically it creates alot of friction that more than once resulted in a very bad review... and those are the lifeline for any Dev on this Forum for attracting supporters or atleast steady fans helping people with Problems and Questions

A very good game so far, among the best RPGM titles I've played. So many options and stories to follow, even with NTR off, sometimes I'm paralyzed by indecision

Will pass on bugtest versions though, as others have said they can be a waste of time... and a destroyer of save files

It's bug when loading saves, just enter Arenfield and it will go away.

As far as I recall it's about you seduceing her not corrupting her.
The girls are protected from corruption on the church path.
Bring her food and hang out with her... it's a bit grindy as far as I recall but actually makes perfect sence, since MCs "Curse" is neutralized in this location he needs to get the girls the classic way

These versions, especially the last one, are often the result of me working late into the night. They sometimes contain bugs that destroy savegames and, on top of that, only give a distorted picture of the intended update.
When posting such a release I also mark in bold, that this version is for testing and that a copy of savefile should be kept.
These kind of updates are not intended for the general public, but is aimed at people who have time to test for bugs so that everyone else can then play the update without any problems. I often need only a day or two to fix the most bugs and then I update the version and remove the bugtest tag.

So Idk why such a version must be leaked. Because here on this forum most people don't read what you write below and they ignore warnings and then break their savefiles and then get frustrated...
I know it's not in my power to influence leaks, but I would kindly ask if you give me at least 1-2 days before posting my latest version of the game here, so that I can have time to fix it properly. That would make me sleep a lot better. If this keeps happening then all I can do is to setup a tester camp with people I trust. But this will slow down releases, and I'd prefer to keep it as it is now.

Btw: Thank you to the mods of this forum for not putting the bugtest version on the latest release tab!
