no. you can choose two times, one for her backstory and the other one for her transformation. the scenes essentially are the same since it´s just her introduction as your love interest.

The 3 new Kate X Thomas Punishment scenes aren't really new right? I'm assuming its the doggystyle, cowgirl, and spanking ones only, unless I'm missing something and those are the ones that were there already and its actually 6 punishment scenes in total with these 3 im still somehow not seeing.
When a person dreams their subconscious creates, and therefore plays, the roles of everyone in the dream. So, it can easily be inferred that the MC is performing AS his father in the dream while his own insecurities play on him and make him worry he will never live up to his father. Dreams, regardless of their content, involve ONLY the dreamer... so I can't put them in the NTR category. My two cents anyway.
From that screenshot it looks like you did try to decrypt the game..
Try to not do that as it makes it impossible for the game to find the files. delete all files and extract it again.

would you happen to know why? I only decrypt rpgm games to see the images so I can get a sense if I'd like the game or not

Once again, here are the saves.
Save 2 - No NTR, no futa and I left Penny route up till the point where you can begin to corrupt her. (which I didn't)
Save 9 - Incomplete NTR save.
Save 16 - No NTR, futa and Penny route up till the point to corrupt her.
(save 1 is just a complete one with both NTR and no NTR. It is all non ntr except for Tia's NTR route. It also has Penny's corrupted scenes.)

If he has a license for graphics for his game from another artist and paid for these rights?
He can be sued for leaking the graphics/images/icons/whatever by the original author and lose all the rights
