noticed a big bugfix-only update dropped recently..but we still have the questbreaking 'melissa give map then freeze bug'. i'm guessing this isn't a gonna be a big priority? wanted to at least finish this quest. guess we are all stuck cash bleeding to the ally thugs.

What cutscene is written about here, I didn't get any, i replaced all the cumwine with normal ones and interrupted their kiss as well, but the next day there's no cutscene in 8:00 to 16:00, can someone please help me what i did wrong?

For candles I don't remember where the exact spot is, but it should happen fairly close to the front door.

You won't be able to get the Kitchen or maid's room until after his current order is finished either.

The cauldron for the kitchen is on the same list I posted, just further down the list.

Sorry to ask, but what do you mean by maid's room? Did Chyos add more rooms?
In my current game, I thought I had added everything so far. What I unlocked till now is...
Ground floor:
MC bedroom with the double bed.
The kitchen, complete with a cooking area, the table and chairs, and the table for crafting.
Storage area where we can store food and wood. Then the bathroom.
The lights and the litter bed for the cat (also the cat door).
Underground or cellar:
I only have one monk's robe? The brown one.
Second floor:
A fireplace (i think be default?) and

If I remember correctly, there should be a scene where the king arrives and names Giron the new Baron of Arenfield.

This is a bit confusing. Because the guide doesn't explain that the king arrives after a certain number of days.
Basically, you have to wait a certain number of days. I don't remember exactly how many. I don't actually know if it's activated by completing a certain number of missions. I just know that in all my game/save file, at a certain point, the king arrives and appoints Giron as the new baron of Arenfield.

Or it could be the arrival of the queen with the princess? But I don't think that's the case.
In both cases, it's a matter of a certain number of days. Again, in my case, it's always been this way.
I don't know if it's due to some secondary mission. But I'm sure it's after a certain number of days.
In your case, I think it's 80% likely the king appoints Giron as the new baron.
I hope someone can correct me, or if it's as I say, explain everything better.

You need to enter the town from outside. iirc it's a scene with the king coming to the town.

Just exit the town from the north and enter again.

Apart from the ones mentioned by Apartment817, enemies in the deep mines are also vulnerable to holy, orcs in Darkwood and Madrag Kaz area too, enemies in the swamp (plaguefiends and spiders) and, as an honorable mention, boars. But it's true that by the time you get the Purified Dawnbreaker, you probably stopped fighting all these enemies (specially boars! ) so until the dev introduces some new high level enemy you don't get to fully enjoy the sword.

Thanks for the answer! Yeah, by the time I got 55 in smithing in order to purify Dawnbreaker, I outleveled all those foes, except the goblins in the mines but I have no desire to fight those little shits again after brokering peace. Speaking of which, other than selling the goblin ears to Lucius and 10 of them being necessary for Giron, is there any other use for them? Cause I always carry 30 on me in case they ever become relevant for a quest.

??? the bucket of water in the corner of her room? If so that's just an object to make the room look lived in. Lots of the rooms of the game have buckets or similar objects.

If not, I don't know what cleaning fluid you speak of.

And you are allowed the choice to clean it? Guess it's there for your enjoyment. I don't even let him fuck Verena in my playthroughs, so I won't be any help on this issue.

i think it depends on talking to john, you see, i'm doing Frisha's questline after completing John's, so the king arrived way before for me in that regard, and now cause in kate's storyline i have to get her the dress also i have done lyvia's storyline up to the point where MC thinks about hosting a party at the camp and for that some liandra chick is necessary so i'm now doing frisha's storyline for 1) get kate's (or any other) for free 2) to start liandra's storyline so i can continue lyvia's storyline, i haven't even started penny's, opehlia's and anya's storyline 60% of the game is still left for me, so i guess i might have more confusions coming up

It's not spelled out but it's the step 15 in Frisha's quest line.
However the king arriving in Arenfield is no longer tied exclusively to Frisha and will happen 14 days after you start playing a new game. (It can happen sooner if you do reach the above step in Frisha's quests.)

Oh and to reply to sparrow0812 (sorry I didn't read the quoted post) it's possible that you are not seeing the cutscene because that already happened in your playthrough, and as BahamutZero pointed out, it's the king arriving and appointing Giron as baron, and you should be able to move on to step 16.
