I found couple of mysteries eggs. What should i do with them, is there a quest or something?

If you collect enough a bunny will spawn in the forest below the entrance to Rumah. Around 50, I think.
Could also be the eggs, that can be used to get the elvish armour. You need to bring them to the shrine that is on the map to the right of the way to the bandit camp.

Maybe he will add pregnancy to Tia in the new Bonus scene with Katherin... that's what's he is going to do after he finishes the Arrianna update... which will add her pregnancy.

Currently in game you can only fertilize her... but her pregnancy stops there... it's not implemented yet. same's go to ayita.

Chyos stated that Tia and all Rumah girls pregnancies are based on the Orc Questline... get the Orc dealt with than prepare the village for a babyboom.... than be the Tribes father... literrally

I think you are lumping two different poll choices together.
Umah's is the one that advances the Orc questline while Tia's the one that adds her pregnancy as well as the rest of the tribe.

Swamp behind witches (Gwen/Isha) cottage. There are a few spiders in the tunnels below the cult hideout, but they don't respawn, the ones in the swamp do.

From spiders... You'll come across them in the ruins during a quest.

Yes and no as Tia will raise her children in Rumah Chyos said that dealing with the Orcs would have to come first.

I mean it wouldn't be the first time plans change, but setting an order like this would allow the prevention of further story branching, also per logic it would make a whole lot more sence since the Orcs are a threat to the village and providing for the villagers as is is quiet troublesome.
If there were children you'd have to account for main characters from Rumah to not be present dureing the final raid or force the player to take a break until the pregnancy and rest time had passed, you'd also need to setup guards to prevent stray Orcs from slaughtering or abducting the children, while the People are out dealing with the daily neccesarities or planning/conducting the final attack.

Deal with the Orcs first the people of Rumah can be a whole lot more at ease and the tribe would grow in number from liberating the current prisoners.
You also wouldn't have to account to whom has given birth yet dureing the aftermath, etc.

I was also unable to craft ebonite weapons and armor. However, I was suddenly able to without needing to do any quest. They became available shortly after I crafted abyssal weave armor. Not sure if crafting the armor is necessary, maybe you just need to have abyssal leather as crafting material. Or I might be completely wrong and something else unlocked them for me.

start a mercanery company, wait until the king came to visit, talk to john, kill some goblins and present the ears, than have 5 mercaneries to guard the mine and 4-5 more to guard Arenfield (depending on wether or not Frank survived)

In the quest secret to the cellar, I didn't know that you had to find the key the following evening and now it keeps saying nothing is in the hole is there any way to progress on that?

You actually can't find it the next day according to the walkthrough, you have to wait a day. (I don't remember that being a thing.)

Just try different nights while Thomas is working, you'll eventually find it. You will be fine, I have put off getting the key after getting the quest for weeks sometimes, especially back when following him down there was the end of content for the cult quest.

The walkthrough actually says it a little funny, Tuesday at 0-5:00 actually starts after Monday night. So after his work on Monday, Wednesday or Saturday nights, is when he goes down into the cellar. So he is carrying it on those nights.

So look for the key in his room hole during his work on Tues, Thurs, Fri, or Sunday nights. Make the copy the next day and replace it that evening. (I have never tested it out, but I do wonder if anything happens if you don't put the key back.)

Then when the clock strikes midnight on a M,W, or Sat night be ready to go down there.

(I think I got the days of the week right, but I might be completely wrong, just keep trying subsequent days and you will get it.)
