It says in the info you provided that Julia is not only a step into that path meaning there will be other stuff going on (majority of her stuff will be not be focused on it if I had to guess), if you read the frisha one it says "The focus here will be on deciding the future of Arenfield and who will be in charge moving forward."
Seems like her path could be more important for the mayor decision.

So as someone who doesn't want to spend hours of game time to play this game there is no way to view the content? Or can I use a recent save and view everything when I sleep? Thanks.

There are saves in the OP I think or just search for them, I guess, but IMO this is one game where you should play and experience it yourself, you won't know where to go to see the scenes or what the save has unlocked to begin with.
Regarding sleep, only deleted scenes or scenes no longer available appear, 99% of content you have to go to the character/LI to see.

Hmm you can clearly see from front page that this game in a pure porn point of view has mediocre graphics and probably mediocre animations at best if we compare it to actual AVNs which leads to my comment.
Just play with cheats. The best part of this game is the story for sure.
Even with cheats you will definitely take hours to beat the current game but there's no grinding for money or stats.
You will take hours because you can only progress so much in a day with x girl and to progress more with x girl you need to progress first with x girl.

The appeal to scenes in ASWS is not the quality of them, other game engines, ai and real life porn will always be more seductive than scenes in a RPGM game.
Where these scenes compete with those other forms is in the mental connection to the scenes. ASWS requires you to have spent time with the characters to fully enjoy what is there.
Even with a fully completed save, you won't be able to figure out where all the scenes are. Almost all of them have a time of day component that you won't know unless you play it. Like from a save, you won't know who you can go fuck at 2:00 am. You won't know who you can at 9:00 am. There are tons of other incidentals that are needed to initiate scenes.
If you don't have time to do that, then there are better games out there for you then ASWS.
But, if you do have the time, it is well worth it. There is a reason why if you click on "latest updates" on the top, click on "prefix: engine" select "Rpgm" then sort by views, ASWS is 10th. Then sort by "weighted average" ASWS is 4th.
That's all time with this game engine. Fourth. It's worth it, but only if you invest the time into finding out why.
If it's a difficulty thing, not want to learn a combat system, there is a built in cheat system that removes all difficulty.

Chyos doesn't release updates that way (some times he does hotfixes by themselves), so update only generally don't exist for ASWS. But that is why folks like YourAccount69 posts torrent links like the one in the post above yours, to help alleviate band width issues.

No, it is not. In the course of this dialogue, Ophilia speaks of her parents: Lucrecia and Pietrov. Lucrecia is clearly her mother's first name. Why would she call her father by his last name in this context?
In my outdated version of the game, the developer definitely mixed up the names of Ophilia's father and his supposed enemy, Zachary. I hope this will be corrected by the time the Kirlic update comes out. It's actually quite simple; it just requires a text correction.
