If I leave them at arenfield, same message again

Companions are never with you in Arenfield. Never.
Have them be with you when you leave Arenfield, as long as their quests are done, you should be able to invite them over.

well if it what I think, it where she goes to the place where Tia is and is accpeted there, plus you can now fuck her in front of Tia and Tia is ok with it but, you could knock up Katherine before you knock up Tia, so be careful with them cremepies fucks, lol
