Do have you the drum quest finished, where you had Umin build it for you?
If not, have you done Raaisha step 12? And built Umin's workshop?
If so, back at the camp have a party, only dance with Tia. End party, that should trigger the drum quest.

My perfect zone for Liandra is literally in the middle between the two forms, I am ultimately unsatisfied with either decision, I always give it to her. Not complaining, just definitely a grass is always greener thing.

Tía means "aunt" in spanish, I'm surprised the translator was able to make something out of a random "aunt" thrown in the sentence

Throw a party at the mercenary camp, dance with Tia and see if she mentions the drums like in the screenshot I posted before. That will trigger the quest "A drum for the party", and you pretty much done.
