It is yet to be implemented. What you are probably remembering is Chyo's mention of it for the potential future of Fanghul (The goblins village underground).
Right now you can only ask the goblins in Fanghul for a fish if you want to make that dish.

After saving the mine from goblins and talking about it with baron, there's an option for ask him about marrying Julia instead of getting 50 Gold. Will he accept if I choose that option? I am asking this because someone said MC only can marry with her if he give Raven or Elf girl to the baron.

If the MC has good reputation he will.

If you are successful in certain quests, Giron will offer the MC Julia's hand in marriage even if you choose the gold.

I think it's pretty obvious, leaks have come from villagers ($5 a month) like myself, only Mayors ($10 a month) will have access to the bonus scene until the next release.

Bonus scenes only come out like once a year, so very little memory here on how they don't leak.

I think if it was going to leak it would have. So we will just have to wait for another month or two. Asking for it every 36 hours (no one is pretending, it's been asked for over, and over, and over, and over again) will not get it leaked sooner.

Only two girls can get pregnant and have children at the moment:

1. Emily, once you've progressed her story-arc enough
2. Kate, once she reaches a high enough affection and corruption

Both will have a talk with the MC about taking contraception potions before it's enabled.

With Elizabeth, you have to start/continue the Darkholt quest-line in order to progress her affection.

I personally didn't encounter any limits to corrupting her before doing Darkholt though!
