Have you looked at Yasmin's section of the walkthrough? Have you completed the Raven's quest? You can't get the scene until you have completed the Raven's quest. I have never given Liandra to the Baron. In camp you can get BJ's to raise Liandra's corruption.

i means it shows yasmine caught us with liandra but it is not happening

Did you visit Liandra after she had wine with Dave? to start having sex with her, you need to spy on her after Dave gives her cumwine. Visit her in her room, If you give her the chastity belt, she will ask you for the key and start masturbating, sneak into her room and then choose to stay, she will spot you and be mad at you but it doens't matter. After that, spy on her when she's with Dave until she has 3 corruption, then spy on her again and choose to stay again. She will let you stay and give you a blowjob. Next time you can have sex with her and start corrupting her more.

Once you have sex with her, and she talk to Giron and you rescue Yasmine (complete "The Raven" quest), visit Liandra again and have sex with her. Yasmine will come and spy on you.

Specific time to visit Liandra? She goes to Dave's room to drink wine at 8 pm, listen to their conversation and she will go to her room, and you can visit there. But you can also wait until any time between 10pm and 2am, and visit her room directly without spying on Dave.
For the threesome, it triggers after you rescue Yasmine and you visit Liadra and have sex with her.

Few checks just to have an idea where you are in her quest:
Did you give Liandra the chastity belt?
Did Yasmine visit her and give her a new dress?
Did Dave give her the potion?, if she took the potion, did the transformation already trigger?
Did Liandra start to mastubate?
Did you spy on her?

Did you spy on Liandra when she goes to talk to Giron?
Was Yasmine kidnapped already? (a soldier outside the inn will inform you that Giron wants to talk to you, quest "The contract", a few days after you completed that quest, a soldier will talk to you again and the quest "The raven" will start (Yasmine's kidnapping), you need to finish this quest)
If you already have sex with Liandra and I assume Yasmine, and you rescue her already, going to Liandra's room at night should trigger the threesome.

i gone multiple times but how to get threesome as it is not happening as i spy on liandra and after that yasmine was kidnapped

You can't get the scene until after you have rescued Yasmine. Every single post response to you has asked you if you if finished the Raven quest for that reason.

If you haven't rescues Yasmine, that is your problem.

i did rescue yasmine as winterhowl she have threesome with helen but not liandra as even with julia it happens

You don't need to finish The Raven quest to have sex with Yasmine. You don't need it for threesome with Julia or Helena (Winterhowl) but you do need it for Liandra's scene.
