Technically you are wrong :
This type of games usually consists of 2 parts : html-file (script : story, gameplay) and image/video resources.
Some of these games have great story and gameplay, others do not. Most of them are either work-in-process or abandoned or on hold, only a few ever get finished.
If you are not interested in story and gameplay, then you are better off directly going to pornhub as you wrote.
