if you click on the phone and go to the objectives tab you will see what you need to do to progress in the story

Go to the building next to the comic store, or somewhere around there

Sometimes you just have to use the traditional way to get too specific locations without using the map button.

I think while your at home try to get outside through the living room instead of the map button.

It says i need 6 Intelligence Skill to get the lockpick skill but i have 8, can somebody help me out?

Edit with notepad/Notepad++
alter config.console = False to config.console = True (Remember capital T)

then in game use Shift + o to open console and use townmap_enabled=1

Im not able to open console, i did what you wrote but nothing happens when i press Shift + o, is there another way?

go to game folder -> renpy -> common

and edit 00console.rpy. change 'config.console = False' to 'config.console = True'

then in game, press Shift + o and type townmap_enabled=1

I pressed Shift + o and nothing happened, help?

Are you talking about mother son time during the afternoon? try to go with it then when she ask to suck her, refuse it. then she will get angry at you and because she feel that you don't want to do it anymore she went on your dad. that's where you will caught them
