If it is pure lesbianism on the part of LI then it does matter. Lez-NTR steps in at that point and into the picture and I'm out of the game. That falls into the same category as NTR, Femdom, gay, futa etc which should be left to the player to decide if they want to see or not. The best possible thing to do is to make an ON/OFF button for all such fetishes that will completely cut out that kind of thing from the game so that it doesn't even happen in the background if the player wants it to. Skipping doesn't work in that situation, as the shit still happens in the background and it's not allowed.

EDIT: And if it's pure lesbianism by LI, then it also removes the harem tag completely. Harem is man + women. Not man + women and women + women.
