The bottom half of this same page is also entirely duplicated too.
I'd say your chances of making witsce are good.-> witness protection, again? Unless this is supposed be some acronym agency for witness security named WITSEC or something, but even then witness protection is much clearer.

Witsce is most likely witsec (acronym for a witness protection program).

It's consistent with another typo you mentioned : stopping for a sce

Yeah, realised that the second time it came up. I've heard "witness protection" thrown around much, much more though, so I think that would be a better choice for the name anyway.
