Why not both? Personally I think westpod should continue to post his AWAM fan art here, for free, like before. And have his original work on Patreon, so that his fans here can still support him.

But that's exactly what westpod did, he published everything here for free! His Ptreon is for those who wish to support him. And so I totally disagree with L&P approach! Not only me, but many others also like the work of westpod, he and all the others who draw plots related to AWAM help all of us while waiting for updates.
I will say more. In my opinion, the works of all the artists here at Fan Art work for the success of AWAM and of course L&P. Therefore, L&P's claim to westpod is a mistake on his part.

And if he puts that talent into his own game then maybe he can do better, I would gladly support him but that doesn't make it right for him to leech off someone else. He will only get himself banned from Patreon and he will get nothing when it's easier just to keep patreon for his original work, not someone elses.

If he is so good then he won't need to use AWAM in order to make money. He can create his own which is what people keep telling him. You seem hellbent on trying to get him banned because that is what will happen.

There are plenty of people here, for this game and others that make fan art because they want to, not a single one that I know tried to make money from it. Simple fact is that he is trying to make money off of someone's creation, that's not ok nor will it ever be so. And it doesn't matter if it's advertisement, he doesn't have permission to make money of it and that's where the issue lies.

You can keep doing it. It would be pretty dumb from L&P to persecute you in any way given that he's making and distributing/selling incestual games with underage characters. Saying they are 18 in the game doesn't cut it in legal terms, he can ask that to his lawyer in Germany.

Give other names to the characters, after all it's only EJ Adora and from what I see, that's exactly what he's using. As long as you (westpod) have it licensed and remove all references to AWAM, you're good to go.

There are many writer contact me to be 3D artist for thier work but I say no because I love here. Love to create a good thing and share here and other place if I have a chance. I have main bussiness and make fanart for hobby. I always adsvertise this game to people in my country. I know DAZ because of here. I have shared everything for them. They love it and I love them too. Just few persons hate me I don't know why. They always think I sale it. Splite it for benefit. They never become my patrons and realize by themself what difference between patreon and F95Forum. They just think I need a money.

Oh wtf this place. Why am I doing on this game thread. I don't wanna do it anymore. I hate it back.

continue doing your work westpod. L&P has no standing to sue you. Just change the character names and change the plot a little. Character models are not copy righted unless artist copy righted those creations. Keep doing what you can and we will be here waiting. It's not about strong-arming anyone, it's about him also going against Patreon rules by using another creator's work and yes that is protected by Patreon.
He won't get sued since there is hardly a point in doing so but all it takes is 1 email to Patreon and his account will be suspended or banned. Me and a few others are trying to ensure that won't happen so he can keep his Patreon and maybe even help him grow if he create his own things(with the same models if he so please since those are not the issue). Those that are telling him to ignore it and keep on doing the same work that he has been doing are trying to get him suspended and that would be a shame.
