Let's try to see what the options are with the usual no-stone-left-unturned (semi-serious) approach. After all, it's the apostles themselves that suggest to have a scientific approach to the problems
I think it is fair to assume that she could not have thought as far ahead as she did last time with the nipple patch.
This time she had to prepare the lingerie and find a way to smuggle it into the house without being caught. The best she could have imagined was that she would be asked to wear it.
I don't think she could have foreseen that the apostle might have problems with the 'homework' or that the lesson might take this turn.
On the other hand, whenever she makes the decision to "help" them, I think it is also safe to assume that she has thought this through and has a plan to get rid of the evidence. The opposite would be a bit odd.
Right off the bat, let's exclude the obvious way that many are wishing for. She made it clear after the night at opera with Liam that she does not like it.
L&P said that her attitude towards it will change but I don't think this is the occasion. It will be too much of a big step for many reasons, not to mention the kind of linear progression that seems to regulate the story's dynamics.
Short of that, she has to find a way to cover all traces so that Ava does not find out, either directly or through her maid who might notice something while cleaning the rooms.
One solution, maybe the safest of all, is to use the bag she used to smuggle the lingerie inside.
Either to clean up the mess or to use as a... container. She will have to smuggle it back with the lingerie anyway, so all the evidence will be in the same place. Ava won't see it, and of course she'll have to do a special load of laundry when she gets home.
Other possibilities
If we look back at previous events, there was already a similar situation: at the beach with the family (DAY) when she was in the cabin with Dylan having the viagra problem to deal with. In that case she instructed him to use a towel.
Could that be a solution here? Hard to say, it depends on where they keep the fresh towels. If they keep them in the room, that could be the solution. If they keep them in a cupboard in the bathroom, for example, it might be more difficult. This might explain the teaser with Leah. For example, when the apostles start complaining about the homework that is not in their hands... she might get the idea to get some towels from the bathroom and that is how she bumps into Leah. Of course, it could also be that she aborted the plan, which was risky enough if Ava saw her from downstairs.
If the towels are out of the question because they are not in the room, there is one thing they certainly have. As Dan5k74 pointed out, she could go with a classic for any teenager on the planet. We can't see them in any of the teasers, but if we look at past events:
they always wear socks. So this could be the classic way. When the time comes, they could use the socks, either the ones they are wearing or a fresh pair from the drawer. Finally, we have to consider that this is all part of sex education for very cloistered teenagers who know nothing about it. So it might fit with the idea that Sophia is teaching them some 'common practices' that might serve them well from then on.
Of course, this does not solve the evidence problem entirely. Sticky socks (or towels) could be discovered by Ava or the maid while doing the laundry. So either she/they go to the bathroom to give them a quick wash before throwing them in the laundry basket, or she/they could smuggle them back with the bag and the underwear (more on this later).
Another option is to use the bedsheets. This is a bit riskier because they are more visible and harder to hide. On the other hand, even if found out, it could easily be blamed on the teenagers' natural nocturnal emissions. So suspicion could be avoided. Still, it's very risky and I don't think it's the best option. Not to mention that they have to sleep in the bed afterwards. Yuck!
From the previous event, we cannot see a box of paper tissues or Kleenex in the room. But that could be another option. They could be using them and then flushing them down the toilet, for example. Sophia could also have some in her purse, as people often do.
This could also work if, as everyone suspects or wishes, they use Sophia's body, whether "accidentally" or because she allows it. Especially in the latter case, you could expect Sophia to have thought about it when she agreed. So she might have tissues in her purse or use what she is wearing to wipe herself.
A note on the cropped teaser, though. From the looks of it, it seems pretty clear where this is going **if we use porn logic**. I don't want to be a killjoy, but I'd like to point out that, at least so far, everything has been framed as a sex-education lesson, she's "teaching" them. So I would not be surprised if it does not end as the teaser suggests. What I mean is that they will probably complain about the failed "homework" and ask her to show them how it's done. So it could be that, as in the first lesson, she first shows them how to do it, but then they have to go on and do it themselves. She could act as a 'stimulus', as in the previous case, but ultimately, if they are to learn anything, they will have to do it themselves. I would not rule out this possibility.

So what could it be?

Personally, I think it could be the latter rather than the former.
To be something still spicy, as a sort of continuation of what happened in the main action, it could be an "almost caught" kind of situation, à la Sam if you will, like many here have already suggested. For example, once everything is finished, Sophia still have to change into her normal dress. As she has probably done before, she will change in the room (asking them to turn around) and while she is naked there could come the cliffhanger. Maybe Ava calls from downstairs or as she is coming up the stairs. Maybe to hurry up and avoid any suspicion she might quickly put the shirt on and answer her from the door kept ajar. And like in the telephone call with the "boss" in the previous event, they can somewhat exploit the situation. In different contexts, something like that happened during Sophia's visit at Liam's office (PD 12) or at the beach cabin with Dylan (PD 9).
There are of course many variations on this theme, this is just an example to give an idea.
The other possibility is that the cliffhanger has nothing particularly lewd in it and it's just a plot twist, either to give a particular conclusion to this event or to set the wheels in motion for the next event.
My feeling is that the cliffhanger could be related to the beginning of the event. Whatever escamotage they used to get the bag inside, now there is the opposite problem: Sophia has to smuggle the bag with the lingerie (possibly along with the evidences) out of the house. This should be relatively easy as they could simply drop the bag from the window and Sophia will take it on the way out. Easy peasy, compared to the other problem. But just because it's easy, that's where things could go south.
Walking in the garden is still very risky as she can be seen from inside with all those windows, as it was the case at the beginning. So we can imagine that the first time everything went according to her plan and now something happens that jeopardize the mission. It could be Ava unexpectedly walking her out of the gate and closing it behind her, so Sophia cannot go to retrieve the bag. Or Sophia being caught in the garden by Ava before getting to the bag. A lot of explanation to give, an excuse to make up quite quickly ("looking at the beautiful flowers" kind of thing...). So we can image some sort of impasse like that in which of course Sophia is not directly caught red-handed but she is in a delicate position. And that's where it could end, waiting for the way she gets away with it.
If we want to add more drama we can imagine the classic kind of scenes/trope we have in movies. Imagine Sophia retrieving the bag from under the window, retracing her steps in the garden and boom! There is Ava with an inquisitive expression on her face. She asks what's in the bag, Sophia hesitated unable to come up with a good excuse, Ava takes the bag, opens it, looks inside, her face changes into a mix of big surprise and anger, she looks at Sophia and... cliffhanger!

If I understood correctly, he said that he planned a cliffhanger not because he needed one, but because the number of image files had become too many.
- This could mean a simple number division, not a scene change.
And previously, players had already experienced a cliffhanger related to "Liam the Photographer".
- As everyone knows, it didn't mean anything.
So I don't think about cliffhangers at all.
