it doesnt matter... with skipping it takes maximum half hours to change your path... i already played it multiple times from beginning

Maybe it's a joke and I don't get it because of my poor English. I'm not an expert in image processing, but I am a mathematician with enough background in the field of data compression. Take an 1080p and a 720p versions of the same image in the same lossless format, and apply the same lossy compression on both of them, it's certain that the 1080p image file size will be larger than the 720p image file size. Maybe I wasn't correctly understood, so let me rephraze it in more detail. Take a scene, render it in 720p and apply a lossy compression on it. Render the same scene in 1080p. If you want the 1080p lossy file to match the size of the 720p lossy file, then you would have to use a much more aggressive compression.

I agree, that's why every decent tool has quality setting. For example, in imagemagic, webp in quality 100 (there is more to that, but I don't want to go too technical - btw. I just noticed from my bash history, that I accidentally set the lowest quality setting for the compression method in my testing above) will be several times larger than in quality 95 with virtually no or very minimal quality difference.

Long story short, 1080p webp compressed with quality 92 looks much, much better than 720p compressed with quality 99, with a similar file size. proof:

That's not true. He said that rendering wasn't an issue with in the context of rendering in 720p. As I said before, 1080p rendering time will be 2.25 times longer than 720p rendering time. And that may be an issue...

Let's say, you're right. I really don't care that much to look for the source.

I bet if L&P rendered everything in 720p and then upscaled his images to 1080p nobody would have known and nobody would have cared in the first place. Deep inside you know it, but hey, he promised...

Well we have already been told this next release will continue the lesbian route, so it's gonna be at least another 3-6 months before we potentially get what we want. And I'm the kinda guy who doesn't consider a BJ as sex. Yes it is a form of sex, but I wanna see her either being grounded and pounded or her riding the D of someone else, weather it be Sam, Dylan, the teacher guy, the thugs, the school bully, her sister's husband, or whoever!

Not gonna lie I like the option of being able to play some of these games on andriod, I used an old samsung S7 and it works ok. I like using computer a lot better though, like you said bigger screen plus with the two games I tried playing on my phone I found it a lot harder to navigate lol. I only used my phone cuz I had to go out of town for a week and don't have a laptop, doesn't happen to often or i'd prolly just get a used laptop. Not saying things should be delayed to wait for android releases, I think the pc update should come first.

Anyways really enjoy this game and look forward to the next updates, no matter how long they take.

I still have nightmares about the guitar lesson at the beginning.

For me the guitar lesson was one of the best events in the game, and just like the biology lesson, I don't see it as a filler. That's the main difference (the attention to details, not only the lewd details) between this game and almost every other game here...

Yeah, the real update with rel. a lot of content from 0.09 (end of December) to 0.1 takes about 9 months!
The Dev has won so many new Patrons, but instead of being faster, it has become much slower and he was clever enough to split the updates from 0.01 to 0.005 (!!!) so that the snail's pace is not so noticeable!

All is great, but his tempo is ridiculous slow! It should be 3-4 months between real updates (0.01), but not 9 months!

I agree with you 100%. I've read in the thread he's a perfectionist and doesn't want to hire help but if he did, we could get updates potentially on the regular, which is something that everyone wants apparently.
