) where rock bands like U2, Ramones, Rolling Stones etc. have performed over the years so I think the stage will be laid out in this configuration. In addition to this, without disturbing such a sacred place for live music for the performance of a fledgling garage band, I think the presence of the palm tree in the bar's logo is perfect to justify what Sam anticipated during his first guitar lesson to Sophia (...Just one of those bars at the beach).
I also think that the stage layout will not deviate much from the one depicted in the image shown above. In fact, I think Sam's show will not be a group performance, but a solo electric guitar performance. This would greatly reduce L&P's involvement in developing the scene (fewer characters involved, fewer renders to produce, less time to waste on any aspect of his work) and would bring the characters presumably starring in it (Sam and Sophia) into focus more quickly.
It would also be more in line with the developer's tendency to lower expectations of this event. In fact, having placed Sam's performance, in temporary order, before Sophia and Liam's visit to Cathy and Andy's house, in my opinion, greatly limits the possible developments of this event.
Therefore, I think that Kevin (the guy in whose garage Sam usually plays) and the other members of Sam's band won't show up (perhaps due to too much stage fright) and that Sam will have to perform alone playing a single song in a nearly deserted venue (given the time of the appointment with Cathy and Andy his event will inevitably take place around 8/9pm). In this rather disappointing atmosphere, Sam should not miss the chance to turn his performance into a serenade to dedicate to the girl of his (wet) dreams that he would like to cum true. To achieve this, he should play a particularly evocative song whose notes evoke a clear and unequivocal message in the heart of his muse: Sophia.

Rhythm Guitar is usually used to play the main riff of the song while Lead Guitar is for the solo and melody. Sam could play rhythm on his acoustic just as easily as on his electric it's just that his electric would work better in a rock band. I don't ever remember him telling Sophia he was a rhythm guitarist though.

What do you guys think that will likely happen?
I'm not talking about the logistics, whether he gives Sophia a drive home, a detour to a special spot, a walk on the beach etc etc. This are details that help to set the mood but let's forget that for a minute.

I think the general consensus is that they will have an alone moment, in any of the above or other settings.
What do you think will happen then?

Given the progression of Sam's story it's almost trivial to suggest a kiss. He had a lot of touching (the guitar lesson, the pool, the fashion show), a kiss on the cheek (pool) and a bit a "visual stimuli" (the balcony, the areola and the fashion show). It seems natural that the next step is a kiss, given that this is the "romantic" path (even if we know he is not that innocent) and of course sex is not happening.

Now, I see two main ways it can happen (we know that alcohol might be involved but it won't be play a role like in past event KillJoys ):

1. the "usual" way: if we look at the patterns throughout the game, most of Sophia's interactions with... let's call them the youngsters always happen as a sort of request: Can we kiss (Ellie, Julie), Can you show this and that (Dylan, Sam, Mayer's boys). Only Dylan and Emma stole a kiss, even if in different context and circumstances.
   So following that pattern I can imagine Sam being romantic and all, talking about the concert, the song he might have dedicated to her and getting back to the "impossible" relationship talk of the pool, the longing for her etc and finally asking with puppy eyes for "just a kiss". That will start the usual Sophia internal dilemma and the choice is offered to give in.
2. the "romantic" way: a little bit as above with Sam being romantic, maybe if the place helps (like the beach) Sophia will be in awe and warmed up (also the song) and Sam could try a more direct approach like at the pool, starting to feel Sophia's arms with his hands, and slowly leaning in for a kiss either on the lips or on the neck (Sophia's weak spot). At that point Sophia has the choice to give in and let it happen. (Sorry it sounds a bit more romantic in my head but writing is definitely not my skill... I hope you get what I mean )

That's for the kiss.
Now, before the previous update I would say that's enough, after all it's a big step for Sophia as it is the first time she kisses a male that is not her husband willingly.

But considering the change of pace of this PD, I wouldn't be surprised if things can escalate a bit farther. Sophia, once she decides to kiss, can be really carried away by the kiss and Sam can dare something more, like slowly sliding his hand under Sophia shirt to finally touch the objects of his desires.
Depending on Sophia dress we could even imagine that he manages to expose one breast for a kiss, while Sophia is completely overwhelmed by the moment of passion.
The limit for me is, as I said before, a very "light third" base, with Sam, e.g., getting to feel her inner thigh, like Tyler did at the club. If not exactly that, something in the same range.

Then Liam's call can bring Sophia back to reality as it as been discussed (for example).

If Sophia were alone, I could see Sam trying for a kiss. Except she's going to be with Patricia, and maybe Ellie. So the most I can see happening is Patricia making a joke about wanting to bang rock musicians and Sophia not denying it. The next Sam event on playable day 13 however, might be a completely different matter.

Or if Ellie is turning up, in which case L&P might be setting up the Sam branch of the Ellie route. As a parallel to the Dylan route, and what is happening at the moment with Emma and Marie.

The cops didn't do anything because it's useless since there is no concrete evidence Sophia had against him. Without which Aiden's uncle will easily be able to free him. Hence there was no point to it.
Also Aiden can be a little intimidating to a normal family not to a mafia boss.

Isn't it a private school. How is he a government employee. Even if he is, they are government employees on paper nothing more. I have a friend recently who recently moved from a private school to a government school and all that's changed for her is she gets a better salary, nothing else. Government employees with power can only be those who are holding a high position as an officer. Also even if he did have power " somehow", do you think it is a wise decision to involve the government when you are the one harassing a woman and the call was to ask you to stop doing it. Not in my opinion.

As for the last part, I want to ask you, what do you think a mafia does ? Lawful activities, staying within the barriers of law. Helping ensure government rules are followed ??

I agree that Dylan has more scenes as a supporting cast member than most other cast members. However, if you take a look at his progress with the other cast members, most of them far exceed his progress by a lot. Most of Dylan's scenes are just filler scenes with minimal progression with Sophia, POV Yoga event (Marie) was the focus here with some observance with the other women, and not to mention his progress is more in the tune of Self-Imposed "Happy Endings," Spying (Perverted), Touchy-Feely Fabric scenes, and Begging. However, it changed a little bit with the jogging scene.

I would love for Ellie to have more scenes, but every time she is in a scene with Sophia, Ellie moves the bar closer to the Ultimate Prize. Dylan, on the other hand, is getting the "Two-steps forward, One-step back" treatment. IMO, Ellie's progression should be one step above Dylan but behind the rest of the other cast members. This is based on L&P's comments about it being "Realistic" that M/S can't develop quickly and it takes time, and I believe that should apply to M/D as well, even though she is a female.

I was starting from the premise that they get an alone moment.
Getting back to the logistics, Patricia could pick up Sophia and Ellie (like for the night club) and drive them to the concert. Most probably Ellie will leave just after the concert as she said she has also other arrangements and that is the opportunity for Sam to offer a lift to Sophia letting Patricia go back alone without the detour to drop Sophia.
Or simply the alone moment would be a walk on the beach while the others are talking.

But obviously there is also the possibility, as you said, that nothing really big happens or even that Sam is hooked up with Ellie, which I hope not... We need everything but new branches in this game!

I think if this pace of work continues, we can expect an update by the end of October or the beginning of November.

Sam has an event coming up on day 13 that we know of (that I included in his 10), Patricia has the museum date on day 14, and the horse ranch event on day 15 (which I didn't, because we don't know the number of Dylan events on day 14).

I too agree with that notion. A mother daughter premise is bound to move faster than a mother son.
Also what matters is approach. Ellie's approach is through the bath, Sophia is already nude there. So things can only go ahead of that.
Also Ellie can't penetrate Sophia ( not without any toys atleast ), Dylan can and get Sophia pregnant, so that is a bit too risky. The level of threat you feel from a male can't be anything like a female. I mean the general thought in Sophia's mind is that Ellie and she are both women, so there is nothing special that she has which Ellie doesn't. Moving forward gets much easier.
