As I wrote in several posts over time on the topic, what we see here with the Aiden meeting (and the complications some assume to see)is that L&P knows he has to speed up development, since there was enough grumbling even among his hardcore fans he recognises that he is close to the border what he can artificial slowing down.
So now he has to speed up, but neither he nor his main storylines are advanced enough for this. I am rather sure that the teaser pics we saw were planned for the "corruption/filthy path" only, where a slowly becoming wilder Sophia likes to tease and show off, got off on "voyeuring" the threesome at school, looks forward to the triple date, etc.
I theorise there were renders planned specifically for the "good wife" or "neutral wife" paths, where Sophia would either wear something completely different (e.g. trousers or skirted trousers) or would have second thoughts and having a chat with Aiden from a longer distance. But that would mean a lot more renders to be made, which L&P cannot do with his glacial pacing anymore.
So I think he just made the "corruption path" renders (wich is the most popular path) and more or less force-attaches the stories for neutral and good wife onto it. Hence the problems seen be some, since the pics were in the beginning only meant for wild Sophia, but now must fill up the gaps in the other paths.
