Sophia isn't in the way of the Sam branch of the Ellie route. Sophia's been pushing it, at least twice already during the showers if you're playing both Sam and Ellie routes. It's through Sophia recommending Sam instead of Logan that we learn that Ellie doesn't date younger guys. Which excludes Dylan.

And on the Sam route, after the concert there's the option to pick Ellie up at the beach after Logan abandons her. So at this point Ellie learns that Sam is a rock musician, and has a car. Don't know what it was like when you were younger, but in my area friends with cars had prestige. Which fits in nicely with Ellie's need to look good and be popular.

A Sam branch also neatly fits into the same model of Sophia's LIs - the good guy, the bad guy, and the lesbian route. In Sophia's case it's Sam, Dylan (and by extension Aiden), then Ellie and Patricia (whose routes are so intertwined you may as well consider then one). In Ellie's, it's Sam, Logan, then Jules.

On the other hand, there's nothing on the Ellie route of Sophia suggesting Ellie pursue Dylan. Only that she stop calling him names like troll, gnome, goblin, etc. You don't even need to be playing the Ellie route to play the bonus storyline. And with the bonus storyline now being mutually exclusive to the Sophia/Dylan branch, there's little chance of Sophia suggesting Dylan pursue Ellie.

Not going to weigh in on whether or not the Sam branch should be scrapped - only that as a Jules fan, I'm not going to be playing it.

Alley_Cat doesn't get it, although she claims she has "NO" heterosexual knowledge, which has been debunked numerous times. "She claims she doesn't know" that the story build-up is about reconciling as brother and sister, which will morph into Dylan/Ellie as potential LI. Sophia smiled when she was on the balcony of her bedroom in a towel, listening to Dylan and Ellie, and again before she left for the 2nd Side Job smiling; the original goal is for Dylan to get a GF; the target is Christine. That is what Sophia told Ellie in the shower, as she pointed out that Christine was into Dylan, and even Christine before the basketball goal shots confirmed, that she liked Dylan. Plus, you can add in the diner scenes to enhance it.

It's the same that goes for Sophia/Dylan; she didn't come out and say she liked Dylan; it was supposed to be a combination of "SEX-ED" and Sophia‘s Lust and the lack of intimacy between Sophia and Liam that's pushing her towards Dylan as an LI. However, Sophia/Dylan, in my opinion, is poorly written because he injected a one-time build-up during the first evening event on PD 13 instead of spreading it out over multiple PDs. This is what he is doing with Dylan/Ellie, and why it is going beyond PD 16 and to PD 30 because he is building it up.

Dylan / Emma (removed) - GF Emma blocks Sophia's path
Dylan / Marie - GF Marie blocks Sophia's path
Dylan / Ellie - rejection of Sophia's path by going to the party, potential GF Christine
Dylan / Christine - GF Christine blocks Ellie
Dylan / Sophia - stays with Sophia instead of going to the party, blocks Ellie/Christine

The entire story for both Sophia and Ellie with Dylan is based on one principle... To get Dylan a girlfriend, and she knows this.

So far we're at Playable Day 13 of 30, so a little under halfway. No-one besides the husband has actually had sex with Sophia yet. But Dylan did just manage to get a handjob.

First penetrative sex on the Filthy Route (which is what most here are after, or are at least the most vocal) isn't expected until at least PD20, which might be as much as 15 years away.

First sex on the lesbian part of the Filthy route may be as little as 3-4 years away.

Wrong? Probably nothing. But to see all the content this playable day has takes a few different playthroughs. It depends on how much you like Dylan (the son) content.

I haven't played this since v.155, and because I don't play the Dylan route, the update was a whopping 6 renders that took only 45 seconds to get through. There's probably at most 5 minutes of content for me this playable day.

Some events also require a specific series of decisions, so to see all the content Part 2 has to offer, it may just be easier playing from the Gallery.

For now, yes. L&P is only releasing events per update. This is the 2nd year of development for this PD and the last event for PD 13.

Correct, at least so far. And about two years in the making. But this will be the last update of the playable day, so the update after this one will start PD14.

On day 4 there was a one-week time jump in which nothing significant happened, so while the morning of playable day 4 was also day 4, the afternoon was day 11. Liam was off on a business trip, and the mansion got renovated.

It also means that while this current day in-game is PD13, from Sophia's perspective it's day 20, and the Parkers have been in San Alejo for a little under three weeks.

This is, because Sophia is not involved! If this party was at the Parkers house and Sophia had the opportunity to spy them and the whole event could have affect on her corruption, then L&P wouldn't need so much advertising. But it is not...
If L&P had released a poll with simple question - do his patrons want to see this event or prefer the main story to move on, then we would all save ourselves a few months of waiting.
And if he was switched off the table/location change of previous Sophia/Dylan event (everything that happens there was redundant), then he would save more time. Amber\Dylan event too. Don't get me wrong, I like L&P work, I like Ellie, but in my playthrough there no chance to send Dylan to a boarding school, there is no chance to see this party event (because Dylan will take his mom's out).
This is second update, for which I don't give a fuck (Dylan/Amber was the first).
