LP isn't going to do that.
As far as I can tell, the other old guy isn't there. He hasn't been shown in any of the latest previews. So I assume he isn't in the room when this is happening (another nurse came to take him some place probably).
LP often, or almost always, ends events by interrupting them just before it goes past where he wants his pacing to be. So I'm going to say the other old guy and the nurse comes back into the room right after (or maybe even during) this latest preview. This is also probably why LP changed Sophia out of the nurse outfit so soon, she obviously couldn't be caught in that thing.

You have explained it more clearly than anyone. I really congratulate you. No matter who it bothers, the development of the story's plot is increasingly weak and poor. A slut who struggles to appear to be a great lady. An ignorant person who pretends to be "cultured". And all this is repeated over and over again, year after year.
How someone can seriously stand here and say that Dylan and Ellie are not part of the main story is a mystery to me. The game is about Sophia in her role as a wife and mother. Therefore, The game has to place a corresponding emphasis on the characters that make Sophia a wife and mother. Without that, there won't be any exciting stories and twists in the main story, since the game would consist only of disjointed side stories.
