What I would add to the last thing you said is about Sophia's attitude and how it becomes counterproductive. I mean, according to her, she does all of this with Dylan to give him some experience with a woman, but after that last scene on the way home, that changes completely, because Sophia (whether consciously or not) is treating him not as a "man" but as her son, which instead of giving him the experience she says she wants to give him, what it does is bring him even closer to her, forging the mother/son union even more, but in a twisted, incestuous way. Dylan is already attracted to Sophia, and instead of helping him, this will surely increase that attraction. It also doesn't help that Sophia is aroused by this taboo feeling. There is no sex ed, no alcohol involved, just two people pleasuring themselves, with Sophia pushing his head against her breasts the whole time.
None of this is meant to be a plot hole, far from it, but it reinforces the idea that Sophia is discovering her wild side, which leads her to make the most morally dubious decisions.
Another thing I'd like to add is that if everything that happened that night in the hot tub (including her jerking him off and being covered in his cum at the end) is something "they shouldn't be ashamed of" for Sophia, it already makes us think about what might be in store for us in the second part...
