I have looked at the code. In the whole scene there is only one variable, ellie_bitch, which grows with Ellie/Sophia's permission . Here, bitch means whore. Looking at this scene you were right to Dylan with his theory Ellies is a slut .
So, the scene is only counting a whorish side of Ellie, like Dylan with cockold. Without a variable connected to that scene you can't use it later in a menu like: if Sophia has intervened in : Yes/No

In this scene, what I have seen, is little interest from Vicky towards Sophia, something more from Sophia admiring Vicky's body, but DeShawn's cock did catch Sophia's attention. So, I see it as more hetero than lesbian.

There is also a hidden point if you choose to have Sophia and Patricia teach the thugs a lesson. I think there are a couple more points as well.
