I think it might be a bug/oversight in the code.
Sophia can help him to undo the bra and then continue to the full event only if this condition is NOT satisfied

What is it that you're not seeing? Breasts don't suddenly expand unless there's a surgical procedure, illness, water retention or the onset of lactation which is usually a bit more gradual. You're right, her rib-cage didn't change in size. That's why she ended up, our Sophia, looking top-heavy. That all has nothing to do with bra-size. Sorry, I had a senior moment, I just wrote the exact contrary of what I meant in the post. I edited it to avoid confusion.

But according to the code if Sophia had sex the casino night OR at the office the event will stop.
If you managed to get the full event with the sex in the casino night then there must be something strange in your saves. You can try to upload your save just before the event to

Well I did. I bypassed the whole Casino boss route and the Jail brother route.

I'm not bothered I'm glad it worked tbh. And I have a thousand saves on my phone can't be bothered finding the right one lol
