A lot of time things are put out as fact on this forum, and it’s hard to know what the true source was; whether the dev stated it as fact, or if the communication got garbled or words got twisted, or if somebody just stated wishful thinking as word. Anyway, I’ve gotten the impression that it’s been clearly stated by the dev that after Aiden’s Fourth Task, for those players who distain blackmail, Sophia will go to Morello, Morello will take care of Aiden, and there will be a clear Aiden-free path. And alternately, those of us who reject the Morello event can continue to see Aiden blackmailing Sophia through eight more tasks.

So is this it? Will it be that simple? Will Sophia go see Aiden in her little white dress, and Path A have her continue with her tasks and torments; while Path B will have Morello’s goons show up for a St. Valentine’s Massacre and wipe out Aiden, Andre, Aiden's uncle, their henchmen and hangers-on, and they will never be heard from again by the anti-blackmail players?

Agree. The quality of AWAM extends between parameters of artistic brilliance to juvenile toilet humour.
Not that it seems to put punters off...! Or even "black monsters" coming, haha.

There is a long distance between "going straight to sex" and 5 years of development. The result after all this time IMO is quite conservative and AWAM characterization as an adult game at the moment is at least marginal. The game could be considered high risk for abandonment. L&P is throwing a bone to his supporters in the form of a sex scene to keep them pleased which I believe is an offending move.

The more the Aiden path moves forward, the more the game turns into just another game with good graphics. From the beginning I thought AWAM was a combination of eroticism + good story + sex and not just another porn game. Maybe I was wrong and that's what it ends up becoming either by its true nature (if I'm wrong) or because of the pressure of the patrons demanding L&P to keep the path open. I guess time will say (if we're lucky and the game survives long enough for us to see it, which I really doubt).
