I think you've got a point. I follow the Aiden plot but I also look to any M/F sex Sophia might have, outside her close family that is, e.g. Sam, Don Morello, Carl...etc. I'm not saying that it would necessarily make a great storyline but once we knew that there would be no violent sex in the story, it took away a lot of the suspense & tension that should have been inherent in Aiden's & possibly several other storylines. I now play mainly out of curiousity. I mean, why would the movers turn up late in the story, other than to move Sophia, or Liam, or perhaps the whole family out & away? Why should the thugs get a look in? Do they wave Sophia a fond farewell? Where & when is there ever going to be a possibility of spanking, (tagged as present), or will it be lesbian love taps? I find that I care less & less BUT I still care. Damn it!

Teasing the characters & players is the best way to develop a story in female protagonist games. Otherwise the story must need more characters, that means more complexity of story development especially in renpy games.
In my opinion the gameplay & story of the game is perfect. I wish he does not speed things up. If sofia had sex with all the male and female characters introduced in the game, then how the story goes till the end.
The only problem that I've found in this game is slow game development.

There's the Dylan (sending him to boarding school or self-defence classes), Morello, and Liam events. Strictly speaking he said "next update will be pretty female dominant", not that it was a lesbian update. But considering that the Ellie/Julia and Yoga events have GW options, I suspect they have non-lesbian content (perhaps why the events are so big). And, as I've been saying for a while, I think Patricia may have more of an influence on Sophia on the Filthy route (lesbian and straight) than Morello ever could.
I don't even come to this thread to fap to this game anymore.
Instead I just jerk of to all the suckers who keep paying this dude only for them to turn around and then scratch their heads saying "wait.... Didn't this developer promise that his updates would be quicker once he reached his goal? Why are they coming way slower?" only to renew their monthly donations to him again when his inevitable 500 renders of Sophia walking down some stupid hallway with SuPa Co0l LiGhTiNg releases.
This truly is the most fappable game on this website for that reason alone.

Not a patron, but we know exactly why the updates are taking longer - this is the biggest update for the game - both the Ellie/Julia and Yoga events are the biggest events in terms of renders so far. I'm not sure, but this update is probably bigger than even the demo.
If I've heard one complaint from members I believe are patrons recently it's that updates are slower because there's events with characters that no-one cares about, like Logan, Claire and Marie. The yoga event might have been made faster for example if they weren't talking to Claire and Marie, but it was just Sophia and Patricia.
Oh, and if you follow how the Development Progress has changed, the Rendered Scenes has followed Scene Creation fairly closely recently, as opposed to initially when L&P would create the scenes, and then render them. So in that regard he's actually faster, just with more renders some find useless.
You will never die by overdose...
But what's in the update? A bunch of lesbian shit meaning that people who are interested in the straight content are fucked for another 2-3 months?

Not in the slightest. I've already explained that here, a few posts ago. "Female dominant" doesn't mean lesbian. The day 2 event with Patricia was female dominant, but we got to meet the museum boys, so it was hardly just lesbian. For all we know Patricia, Claire and Marie could spend some of the event saying how much they want to get dicked. We know Marie has a boyfriend (Devon), and Claire is obviously at least bi, since she has a daughter.
I don't enjoy soap operas but I guess you could say the appeal of this game is sort of similar.
People like soap operas because they're grounded in reality. The people and events in them are more dramatic and exciting (if you like that sort of thing) but they can easily see themselves being in those situations and knowing those types of people.
In the world of porn you have scenes which start with some sort of plot and ones which don't. Of the ones with plot typically the setup is the first few minutes then all the clothes comes off and everyone starts having very athletic sex in whatever positions are popular at the time. Whatever uniform/clothes being worn are gone and the characters are gone too, they're just porn stars doing their thing. There are a few notable exceptions but the key thing is typically the plot doesn't really extend into the sex itself. That makes the vast majority of porn all seem very similar.
Adult/porn type games also often have the same problem. They have some type of setup that enables sex to happen but often this is very thin (this magic ring turns everyone into sluts) and setup itself is a repetition seen many times before (no dad, older sister, younger sister). Progression is often some type of grinding so once you hit 30 charisma points or whatever characters will give you a blowjob regardless of whether it really makes any sense.
AWAM so far is missing the sex part but in itself it's what's missing from other games. A semi-realistic setup that offers opportunities for sex if the character were to choose them. Eroticism is derived from the setup itself and the internals of what the main character is thinking. Characters having sex is erotic yes but choosing to let a family member do a bikini photoshoot of you is as well. The difference is there are many many examples of the former but only one of the latter.

Since I don't play the Aiden route I'd forgotten, but Alyssa has actually moved to that route. Ever since the tanning salon. So part of the event will probably be Alyssa thanking Sophia for whatever it is she is doing to keep Aiden at bay for Zac. But again, another example of how "female dominant" doesn't mean lesbian.

You can use Unren to extract the CGs yourself. And while you're there, open script.rpy in Notepad or whatever and give yourself all the relationship points you need. You'll just need to start a new game for the points to work

I'm a Patreon supporter of all of the games that I like and play. If for some reason I think a developer is taking the money and running, I may make a comment on that thread that I have withdrawn my support and why, to let people know who are reading the thread and wondering whether to support the dev and help them make a decision.
However, I don't attack the people who make the decisions of who to support and who not to. I continue to support this game because it is really something different. A lot of games on here are "You're a kid with a 12 inch dong who is living on an island/going to a new school/running a company/etc. and surrounded by horny women" with no real character development or story, just a lot of sex scenes connected by a few words. That's fine, a lot of people like those and I have no problem with that. (By the way, there ARE a very few really good games that are more than that out there.) But this one is a slow burn with the actual character development of a an adult woman who was raised to be very sexually inhibited, which is pretty common, and who is now exploring her sexuality and feelings. That's really, really rare. So I support his efforts to keep going. I chat with the developer. I believe he is sincere in his desire to tell the story. So I support him. Simple. My choice. Anyone wanna call me a sucker, frankly I don't give a damn about the opinion of strangers.
What I do shake my head at is people who play every game they can download for free and then think they have some kind of moral authority to attack the developers. If you're playing any developers games for free, they certainly aren't milking you. If anything, you're milking them. If someone IS supporting a developer, then it's up to them to decide whether to support the developer. And if you go to, say, Milfy City's patreon site ( I was a supporter and then pulled my support) you certainly see THEM going after the developer. And they have every right to.

Not until the end of the game, so considering how much L&P like his setup, they're unlikely to do anything significant with Sophia. And even if they do, it's easily over 5 years away, some estimates up to 10
