Ok, I understand that people get impatient cause the next version isn't out yet cause they are maybe accustomed that game updates are being released every month. I'm very sorry and I'm working as hard as I can every second of the day. But please consider: I've calculated the amount of renders for the next version. It's about 480! And if you know my demo then you know of what kind of renders we are talking about! And the quality of the new version will even be a step forward! So, can you imagine how long it takes to set up and render 480 diverse scenes where you pay attention to every little detail like hair movement, perfect pose, perfect cloth fit, perfect expression, perfect lighting, perfect camera position, body squeezes, breast movement, cloth movement, diverse additional effects etc. etc.? Scenes with background, with people, cars etc. Scenes which have to be perfectly adopted to the story. Then I am also editing every room and place manually and compose everything together. And then I also have to render this all, what takes also a lot of time and cause many scenes are very large (over 10GB) I have to play around with the textures of many scenes and edit much so it can fit in the VRAM (and other tricks)! Loading such scenes takes also some time etc. etc. etc.. I mean I managed to create almost 400 of this kind of renders in about 6 weeks. Considering the effort of every render this is not so bad I think. Then edit in photoshop and then also optimize the files! In these approximately 480 very ambitious, high quality renders and scenes is the effort of about 4-8 updates of other games where you get updates after just few weeks, without much text, sound and not so detailed and elaborate renders/scenes (many simply use characters with transparent background or simple photos! This is a minute job!), especially not such a quantity! And then I also have to program it all, translate and add sound to it! So, everything's not that simple and quick like many people maybe think. Remember: My goal is to create an unique, beautiful, high quality game, reaching a new level. And I'm developing it all alone next to college and a job. So, please understand that it takes some time and I'm working on it every day! With a better hardware I could speed it up to maybe 30-35%. But for that I just need more support and trust of course.
I still can't say when the next update will come out. Unfortunately not this year anymore, that's for sure now. I am almost done with the scenes and renders. Maybe 1 more week and I can start with programming. Programming and translation will then also take about 2 weeks. The content is also difficult to estimate now before I've started programming. But I would estimate it maybe 40-45% of the demo. But this is not a fact. I'm very sorry for the delay. The next version turned out bigger and more complex than I've expected!

Playing devils advocate here because you seem to be misrepresenting the other guys argument despite it being pretty reasonable.

The story doesn't have to move at a snails pace in order to be considered "not cheap porn". Look at Dreams of Desire or Dating My Daughter, instead of operating around a day limit per update, it focuses more on just content. If the update is only 1 day then it makes sense but if it's more than 1 day, it also makes sense.

Now contrast that with another game that is doing this "1 day" shit, Dual Family. One of the most blatantly milked games i've seen.

Not saying this game is going to be milked, in fact, I am confident it wont. The developer has real passion and foresight for his project which is hugely refreshing but I am also worried about the progression. The developer is throwing around "400 renders" which sounds fantastic but it really could amount to something like 2-3 scenes that don't do anything for the plot or build up.

We'll see, the update is due soon but the concerns in regards to the pacing of this game are definitely valid and simply misrepresenting these concerns doesn't do this topic justice.

The developer could clear up all confusion by simply telling us how much content we can expect in the form of minutes (maybe he already has and i've missed it, if so, my bad).

Chill, guys. @wewlad has a point about the "day-per-update" being a treacherous ground. But no one says this is how it would be for sure. The guy may change his approach, it's a work in progress, in a very early stage at that.
Besides, the game doesn't seem to hint at any complex plot, it's just the daily life of the main character. So there's no danger of loosing pace. It would be lame to watch every hour of Frodo's journey towards Mount Doom. But in a sit-com every minute can be just as fun as the previous one.

And @ThorMcBalbo , don't take every "negative" comment to heart, mate. Criticism is how a product improves.

Not really. The biggest games here with the most support are those uber slow VNs (DMD, Babysitter, Dual Family etc.). People like slow, semi-realistic approach and are willing to wait a lot

If he really is still treating nudity as this much of an obstacle then I don't think i've ever seen a game that was this slow.

That's too far in the opposite direction for me. There's zero excuse why the wife can't fuck her husband or something. The entire focus of the game is corruption relating to NTR and Incest. Not wanting to rush those elements is fine but blocking out nudity entirely, even with her damn husband is just ridiculous.

Anna's Affection had a fantastic balance. It treated the relationship normally with frequent sex scenes/nudity but it treated the actual fetish as more of a slow burn (cheating on her boyfriend).

There is a balance to be had and this developer seems to be overshooting it entirely.

I understand your concerns but I don't agree with them. I'm sure future update(s) will bring a lot of erotic content even if it's mostly situational or verbal. Slow and natural development is a very strong point of this game and I doubt it's a bad thing as teasing is probably more popular than any other fetish. Anna in my opinion is just a wrong example if you're aiming for a great success as it's really simple, fast-paced and based mostly on a great visuals. I like it but it's far from VN style games. It's a valid concern. But so far the author is handling it well. There was no sex and nudity, but there were a couple steamy moments. And many people like a slow burn.
One thing is sure, if he had made a game where you play as the douche son and in the demo he had already received a blowjob from the mother and rubbed his dick on his sleeping sister's ass, the author would've had twice the current support. Thankfully he's having a different idea for his game.

We're still on the 0.1 version for this game, so for you to act like this game won't become "cheap porn", is just being highly naive.

Anna was an example of the right way treat build up. It didn't do it perfectly, not even close (it's already turned to shit imo) but the principals behind it were the correct ones to have.
