Next update is another one of those "I drank wine and thought my son was my high school bf and ended up making out with him" scene? If yes, I'm so disappointed. Too many games have milked this cow countless amount of times! I'd expect better from L&P!

I agree with you in my opinion the animations are a waste of time but I don't think it will change anything in the speed of creation it will be slow the same as always

I'll venture a guess that progress has been especially slow this time around because L&P was spending a lot of time trying to set up an animation or two for this event and couldn't get it to his satisfaction, so he's abandoned it. If correct, progress bars will likely revert to the usual 5% CS + 5% RS every 2-3 days.

There are lots of top scenes in this game without animations so i don't understand why we're worried about it and it's not like the animations are lengthy they're only for few seconds. But yeah animations are like cherry on top in any scene.

I have the feeling the supposed animation would be among the last 10-15% of renders.
He probably can't start doing it before that
In that case he should give us 5% per week in order to finish the animation around the same time as renders.
Obviously not a lot of people will buy this.

I don't remember reading anything written by people worrying about animation.
Most people don't worry about the animation, they suspect LP of lying and wonder that the pace of development has not changed despite the absence of animation.
He said there would be more than one animation in Dylan's scene, but he didn't stick to his word this time, as he did with other things he'd said.

I always read that the developer wants the game to be realistic but exactly what you tell me is not realistic hahaha
