First of all, there are no sex scenes in this game other than the husband sex scene, and all there has been so far has been sexual scenes.

Second, once the alternative version of Sophia/Ellie is updated, the Sophia/Dylan scene begins.
And once this is over, the Dylan/Ellie scene begins.

I don't think the final scene of this two part will go any further than the Sophia/Ellie final scene.

Lastly, I don't think there will be penetrative sex scenes in the two side job events. (so far.)
The reason is because that is this developer's style.

From what I understand, this developer's style is female-friendly, and lesbian emotions are always faster than hetero emotions.
