That's exactly what I thought at first, but I doubt that happens "again" after seeing Bennet doing something similar right before (not related to money, but in the end it's basically the same).

Besides, Morello seems to be a gentleman (well, Robert Redford was too..) and I don't expect such a bold move coming from him.

You guys and this talk.. The dev isn't a perfectionist, he's just looking out for his best interests which is to make a ton of money on 3 updates per year. As long as people pay him, he'll find out every excuse in the book to drag this along.

The only doubt is:

You have made some good points and I do agree with some of them.The beach and the competition ideas are very interesting as they could tie into the exhibition/voyeurism angle.
