Why is that? Even on the good wife route she still interacts with most (but not all) of the same characters to a degree. She just rejects them. Maybe some of the NPC's who have only been revealed on the filthy route he'll just find a different scenario in which to bring them into the good wife story route. Or maybe it'll even be a character yet to be revealed. Who knows exactly how L&P will implement the cuckold scenario. But I suspect, Liam will reveal he has a cuck fetish and pressure/or convince Sophia to go out and find someone to plow her field in front of him while he chokes his chicken.
