It's not all because of Patreon's TOS. It's because L&P insists on breaking the TOS and hiding it. He could easily tell people he's had enough of Patreon and tell his followers to migrate over to Subscribestar, where they don't care about incest or pedophilia or whatnot of computer-generated characters.
