Marie is the logical choice, not Christine. Both the Emma and Bonus storyline can easily be dumped, and Dylan would still be able to hit the hot older blonde gaining the confidence and experience later for Sophia.

Although Marie will be a choice, nothing has happened between Dylan and Marie yet in the story. The only thing they did was a workout with Sophia, Patricia, and Claire during the Yoga event... That's it. They have one more upcoming event, most likely at the salon with Sophia and Claire, before Sophia and Dylan's event in the evening. Also, the next PD doesn't show anything between Dylan and Marie. If Dylan doesn't have any events on PD16 and Dylan is one of the Hetero events, since he's one of the important characters, it would have to happen either this PD, PD 14, or PD 15. I see Marie happening further down the line and not within the next four PD, as the comment show.
I wouldn't put too much faith in a comment that was made about two years ago, as he continues to update his story. It's possible many things have changed already.

I don't get what your issues are with the Android version. Have you downloaded the last link where it says "Android", or is it the language barrier and you accidentally tried downloading the "Win" version? Also, according to your first screenshot, there's almost 10GB free space on your phone. Part 2 of AWAM isn't nearly as big, so that can't be the issue here. Maybe try deleting this Russian pornisland version of AWAM first. In your second screenshot it looks like there's some kind of warning or whatever, but I don't speak Russian so I have no clue what it says.
I don't think there's a Russian translation. You can play it in English, unless there's a Russian fan remake or something.
According to the screenshots in that post, you're missing a final_save from part 1. Not sure how exactly that works on Android, but normally you would play part 1 to the end, where it will ask you to create a save file for later use in part 2. This file can be imported to part 2, and you should be able to play.
