The only body measurement we know is her bust, which is quoted in the game as 36D. But by my measurements using what I believe is close, it's more like 36J.
Ultimately it's impossible to know. Many of us in the fan art thread could give you an educated guess, but without L&P's Daz files, which I doubt he'd distribute, an educated guess is the best we can do. MCs in other games would be easy - most of my favourites have the Daz files freely available here on F95.
