As predicted, Patricia didn't play much of a role in this event. At least not a direct one (see later). It seems that she was only there to remind Sophia of the ranch event for the next day. But, and sorry if this feels like a personal (uphill) battle, it didn't fix the little "bug" of Sophia not being invited to the ranch if Dylan was at the boarding school. We already had this issue in the kitchen conversation with Liam in v0.200, where no condition was used for that dialogue. And similarly no condition was used here (e.g. day18_Dylan_is_in_boarding_school). I know this is just nitpicking amongst all the other problems, but it doesn't take a new render to fix it, just a few dialogue fixes. But alas...
Anyways, the short exchange with Patricia was interesting because it revealed some pieces of information about the ranch event.
Patricia will pick up Sophia at 9:30,
Sophia has to pack some hiking boots and gear because they will be "riding out into the wilderness!". This could be another hint that they will be in an isolated environment, as speculated.
Zoey is very excited to meet Sophia. (we all are )
Her husband will be away with the kids. Remember that L&P said that the event will be mostly a lesbian event but he got evasive as usual when asked about hetero scenes in the event (Well... yes and no.source). So it could be possible that a stable boy or someone who guide them during the horse ride could be involved in the scene.
From a later dialogue with Vicky about the ranch visit, we also know that Sophia never tried horse-back riding before.

As it has been pointed out, even Patricia's 3d model seems to have been through some modifications:
The condition to access to the event has changed wrt v0.200. It requires at least 4 vicky points instead of 3. That means that at bare minimum Sophia had to remove her towel in the their previous event in the sauna.
Then the event can only proceed if day19_Sophia_joined_Vicky_DeShawn_after_they_made_out, which also implies that all the other lewd choices like looking at DeShawn's dick had to be taken. If that is not the case Sophia refuses doing partner exercises with DeShawn without a player choice and the event quickly ends.
To be noted that while there are some Sophia's thoughts about what happened just a few hours earlier in the sauna with Ellie (day21_Sophia_accepts_sharing_with_Ellie_1st_time), there are no references to what happened with Tyler (if it was the case). It's kind of strange considering that in that particular path it would be the second cock she touches and holds in the span of just a few hours in the morning. But this is again (unfortunately) consistent with many similar missing references in previous releases, as each event now tends to be more and more isolated from the rest of the story.
As we all predicted, Vicky and DeShawn's "secret" is revealed. Beside expressing their sexuality very freely (sauna scene), it turned out that they have a sort of open relationship in which they like to bring in other people. This is revealed initially in a subtle way by DeShawn when he asks Sophia about her married life:

All in all, Vicky was the "surprise" of the event, as she is portrayed as the naughty little minx who planned and pushed Sophia's boundaries. We didn't have many clues about that, other than being open and trying to loosen up Sophia a littel bit in the previous events (e.g. during the massage, in the sauna with the towel). Sophia, as usual, was mostly passive. Apart from the back and forth with DeShawn during the exercises, she was mostly reacting to what was going on around her. In the shower it was again Vicky who encouraged her to touch DeShawn and she took Sophia's hand to guide it towards DeShawn's cock.
The only time Sophia had a choice to be more "active" was when she had to choose between watching Vicky give him a BJ or rejoining the duo and restarting the HJ while Vicky continued her BJ. And as usual and as predicted, after the shower scene she was tormented by guilt and doubt about what had happened.
The path of the event is pretty linear, only the lewd choices lead to the final shower scene, while any other choice prevents the showering together. In the shower, however, if Sophia chooses to watch in one of the two occasions (not to continue rubbing his dick or not to participate in DeShawn's orgasm), it ends with the same discussion with Vicky as the other choices. But then, when they part outside the gym, Vicky does not get close to Sophia to whisper in her ear. Presumably, in this last scene Sophia's participation is required to continue along this path, so all the lewd choices must be taken.
The player can choose indifferently between DeShwan cumming in her hands or on Vicky's face. The only difference between the two is that the first option awards 3filthy points instead of 2.
Here are some other minor remarks.
Again, if we want to nitpick, the recollection of what happened in the gym showers last time does not reflect the possible choices of the player. Sophia explains to Vicky
The facts of this recollection only happen if Sophia went to pick up the shower gel from Patricia naked and tried to go back to her stall when she heard the guys entering (i.e. day3_gym_guys_seen_Sophia_naked). If she wore the towel and tried to go back, there was a less embarrassing situation. If she entered the Patricia's stall, instead, she did not even meet the guys.
Just like in the sauna Sophia is caught looking at DeShawn cock, this time twice, plus one more time in the shower, caught by both of them (but of course that was Vicky's plan when started caressing it)

The other important aspect is what Vicky said about Liam in the shower after DeShawn left:

Finally, a last word for where we started. Patricia. There **could** be more to it than just reminding Sophia of the ranch event. Patricia in the game is the great corrupter of Sophia. So it could be that Vicky already talked to Patricia about her plans with Sophia and Patricia might even have tipped her off. Also since they know each other, there is a possibility that Vicky confides to Patricia what happened. Patricia will have then the opportunity to use this information to further push Sophia's boundaries. But again, this is all speculation.
