To me, APM and BADIK play in the same league as AWAM, in terms of overall quality. But are they really similar? APM - probably yes, as a VN with slow burn corruption in more-or-less everyday life. The other one is a 'college drama' which is a separate category. By the way, APM's development is also slow, though contrary to AWAM there is hope that it'll be finished in a foreseeable future.

Well, my suggestions of games not very far from the quality of AWAM and somewhat similar to its contents would be (in addition to APM): Ms.Denvers, Echoes of Deception, Naughty Neighbors, The East Block, Love, Honor, Betray. Hopefully: Exploring the Big Apple (at least after the Pineapple Express experience, as the game is at early stage). Maybe: Undercover. If you accept 2D graphics: Our Red String (also pretty slow, almost comparable with AWAM or JOHN) and A Couples Duet... And if you accept some sandbox elements: Steps of Debauchery.

In any case, AWAM is a reference point for them. Maybe because old love never dies. And AWAM was my first game of this kind. Can you hear me, Sophia Parker? My public confession ?

These three and the one mentioned below are a perfect marriage, I like them and they are really good, but guys, AWAM, this is still another level. The quality of those games is somewhat below AWAM, let's be honest.

the only reason awam is unique is because of the graphics, this is also why the fool dev make the game in the first place, because he thinks porn games have really bad unrealistic graphics, little did he know that the reason people don't make realistic graphics is because it takes more time and more effort, so awam started off as nothing but a time pass, the quality you mentioned is nothing but a good wife becoming corrupt genre, this sort of genre is hot because it has plot and built up, rather than just fucking. this game is not better in any way shape or form and also by the looks of his dialogue it shows that he is extremely stupid.

I agree as the graphics are some of the best that I have seen in a VN but remember to leave your brain at home or in neutral when you play AwAm.

I agree, although I must point out that awam is very popular precisely because of its super slow story, I admit that I too am waiting for the update even though I know that it will take another 10 years of development for a real progression, after all these years we would have lost interest if sophia had made a quick transition from a good wife-nymphomaniac slut. The lack of critical thinking in this thread is astounding to me. It's not December 13th, he is saying October 12th or 13th. How do we know this? Because the progress bars are almost at 100 and do you really think L&P would give such a specific date over 2 months away when he is the king of being vague? Come on guys...use your brain.
