We're comparing both devs products. DPC has a way better product, that's why he has his games on steam and 10x the patrons L&P has.

Another obvios lie. An average of 4,250$ (impressive indeed) is nowhere close to what L&P makes in 5 months. Even if you compare what DPC spends on music in 5 months to what L&P earns in 1 month (which isn't comparable and only a troll would do), that's probably less then 1/2. Far from "almost".

The product of DPC is his games. The product of L&P is his VN.
Based on how many people support one and the other, their rating, their publishing.. It's not hard to figure out who has the better product.
L&P isn't the only one with better renders than DPC. Stopper also has better renders. There's actually at least 5 games/VNS with better renders. Does it make them a better game? No.
That's why one has enough support to spend L&Ps networth in music for his products that go on the most popular game distributors platform in the world.

At this point not sure if you're trolling or if you're straight up not all there.

Going through the images in ep7 I draw some conclusions:
1. Kim Kardashian is more popular than a lot of women much more beautiful than her. That a game is popular doesn't mean it's the best at everything. I think most of Badik's patrons are teenagers.
2. Beautiful characters, face first.
3. Skin is not important, some characters have poor quality skins.
4. Except characters, the rest is very unimportant for most players.

I think a text at the beginning of a scene like:
"We are on a beach but nothing would be seen around would be acceptable to most Badik patrons"

My opinion is a bit different. They started criticizing minor things, praising the work of others which should be proven.
I think there should have been a response, to restore order to things.

One is faster but sacrificing quality. We could compare this to a food product, cheaper but with many E's.

I think a comparison with DPC needs more arguments not just the number of renders. It is very possible that the lighting system used by L&P is 5-10 times more time consuming than the one used by DPC (when it exists ).
Here an open window but no lights, no shadows, a background .... I don't know where a wall begins and ends I think I need glasses .
Even without glasses I can see an armchair in Low Poly



My PC won't let me play too much with renders/lights but we have a few in the forum that might give hints about the time needed.

Lighting can be time consuming and since L&P uses his own lighting for his scenes it can be tricky,I have used 3-4 different lighting assets on my renders and then filtering/progressive rendering all play a part as well.
The poses/clothing can also be very tricky
Take a look at the renders below.
The Delia Negligee is a nightmare to use especially if you have the character sitting down,very time consuming.


Also after messing a round with the poses used in these renders, it is not as easy as it looks.
Yes you could move Sophia upwards but then you would have to move the arms/shoulders/torso so that the hands would be touching the desk,to make this pose look natural is not that easy.

This is another pose that looks simple but it is not that easy to do

So I have to take back some of the stuff that I have said about the poses.
I have tried all the poses above in the F.A section and to make them look good and natural is not an not easy task.
Yes you could use preloaded poses but they always cause errors,body positioning,and then you would have to fit the clothes to the character(dforce).
