I would like to give advice that will speed up development a bit and enrich the game with an additional direction. I advise you to add Sophia's reflections on the events that have occurred, which will show the change in her psychological attitude towards the sexual sphere. Drawing this is quite simple, since it will be 1-2 locations in which Sophia will be shown from 2-3 angles. And at the same time, the events with Sophia will not just happen "suddenly", but will show her awakened personal interest in further sexual activities. And the beginning of this was already laid when she watched porn on TV in the evening. You can continue this idea, revealing in these reflections her current desires.

I disagree. It may be true for movies or passive media, but not for video games. I wasn't tired of Shepard in Mass Effect or of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider. Characters can be explored and given screentime with the MC. I don't think it's the cause of a saturation point, people lose interest with time

This isn't a video game. This is a Visual Novel. This is just a story being told and what i said applies to any proper long story. Short stories can't afford this. In your perspective maybe no one but the main character matters but it is a widely accepted and praised method of storytelling to give screentime away from the MC as well. Another popular point followed is to have calm moments or episodes after a few big and thrilling episodes, this is done to relax the audience and setup up for the next big moment later on. These are just storytelling conventions. Letting us understand and see other characters and then when they come back in a later scene with the MC or against the MC we can understand their perspective, motivations and relate to why they are saying or doing what they are.

I think Marie is a better bet for Dylan's first proper sex scene. Since she is on all routes, I suspect her point is to give him the confidence to persue whichever woman is on the route the player is on.

Even if nothing happen at the salon event this PD, if we have an event at Claire and Marie's house on PD14, then that could certainly accelerate progress for Dylan, especially since Marie is only one of the two calling Dylan a "cutie", even if she currently has a boyfriend
