If the main problem is the Patreon link, just remove it, I don't see where the problem is...

Having the link or not is of little concern to us and this would solve the problem:unsure:

well, I was wrong, this clearly shows he was permanently removed from Patreon, it doesn't seem like he will get his page back. He was always risking Patreon with AWAM. I noticed in image 7359 that "step-relations" was mentioned in contact with Patreon, which confirms I was right to avoid Patreon with my own VN.

He could use Itch, it is what I use and it supports paying with Paypal. Not sure what their guidelines are regarding incest but I have had step relations in my own VN and my project has been on there for years now.

I know L&P get heat from blaming f95 and mod, but mod should remove the Patreon link if requested by the developer, and we all know someone from here reported L&P, I said it in an earlier post.

However, as I said, he was "always" risking it by being so reliant on Patreon.

I'm talking about Steam's storefront and those 3 things are what Steam doesn't like, if Steam okay's it, it's there. Valve is not policing its content after that. It's not about porno laws, and rape, incest, etc, since that kind of stuff is general not listed on the games page on Steam, most only list it that with that it has sexual content.

If you're referring to the pornography rules quoted earlier, then the first sex scene with Liam breaks the rules of Patreon. Which wasn't even a problem when AWAM was hosted on Patreon.

If you're referring to Ellie as an underage character, she isn't. In AWAM she's 18, and in DoL she's 19, and Dylan 18.

If you're referring to Ellie as Sophia's daughter, in DoL she isn't, she's Sophia's friend.

Why are you singling out Ellie as the reason for the ban?

If the reason his patreon got banned is because of the link in OP, then all of this could have easily been avoided. That discussion with the mods of f95zone is really messed up. Comes down to the ego of few people who just do not want to listen nor accommodate anyone just because they can.

Yes, this is a pirate site and one does not have to listen to requests of developers to take down the shared links etc. but removing a link to Patreon is just accommodating a request from a developer and doesn't really have any downside. Just do not understand the logic behind adding it back.

That's what i expected after the new killing spree Patreon was on. They probably really looked into it and probably saw comments about a "side job" with rather young looking characters. And that's a big no no for the big P

I'm really not expecting much from L&P, but he should have been aware of the fact that he needs a plan B as Patreon has always been a walk on thin ice. Most of his supporters could have followed him for years on twitter/insta, making it easy to communicate with the fanbase he has. But instead there's an E-mail address and a Discord server not many people have access to. lol

If he had a discord that could be a factor in the ban. Right now they're going through creator's discord to check for any external link or content they don't like and that's how a lot of them are getting gangbanged by Patreon

Okeeey, I didn't expect something like this when I logged into the forum today. LP's income will probably decrease. I don't think it will attract everyone on Patreon to other sites. I wonder how this will affect the fate of the game.
One thing I'm sure of this is not a ''game over''

in my opinion he could very well sell his game directly from his private site. to access you must register, pay and play online. without having to download anything. goodbye rats
