I think the author still as some to learn and ways to go before perfecting this style, and there have been some issues so far, but i think this is pretty much completely right.
This game is not simply a renpy built rapid-fire porn delivery system like so many games here, and that's a big part of what makes it great. The build up, the immersive feel, and the more developed and vibrant characters all make the pay off that much better when it happens.
It's like fast food vs a healthy and high quality home cooked meal. Both can be good, but you can get so much more out of the latter. Even if it does take more 'work'.

Agreed. I love the slow build-up. Combined with the high quality renders it has become *the* game I'm looking forward to the most atm.
...of course L&P still needs to deliver in the end. I just don't think he should rush like so many others seems to think here.
Imo it's really weird what can get some people irrationally worked up. I am just glad L&P choose a female protagonist. At least than I won't have to read another discussion about NTR and how it's the worst thing ever again.

Wait do i understand correctly?? it took months to get to 0.03 version to create 300 renders? Like there will be ONLY 300 pictures in the new version? Do i understand correctly? if yes then thats ridiculously low amount for wait that long

damn but thats really low ammount even for 1 month... some games have even more for 1 month god damn it
yea well i hope i did cause making 300 or 400 pics for one month and taking like $2,600 dollars seems to low and lazy work and i mean it
It takes very long time to make a simple render.
A basic scene can take upto 3-5 hours to make.
Then there's the gpu issue. Not everyone can afford highend gpus.
Those with expensive ones can make 400-500 renders a month. By expensive I mean 1080ti sli or titan v or quadro gpu. They can cost from anywhere between 3000-8000 dollars.
But those who are stuck with 1050, 1060 or even 1070 can't make that many high quality renders within a month.
I know few devs who don't make renders themselves. Instead they hire someone.
But hiring someone is even more costly. A single render costs 10-30 dollars. Do the math for 400 renders then
