But actually it's strange that the people who're mocking about something minor like that are the same who're crying at the same time how slow the progress is! And why this can't be taking seriously is that also the same people who're mocking about the actually obvious presence of sick details in my game as if it's just my fantasy and not true, are the same people who're mocking that other games have so much better visuals, which I won't dispute since everyone has his own opinion, but where sometimes is not even paid attention to much more obvious things like hair moving caused by gravity, hair vanishes in the face or clothes, contact to the floor or realistic eye posing! Are you serious? Yes, I don't use expression presets and every expression and face muscle movement is adjusted manually in my game which justifiably takes more time! Doesn't matter if you like the expression or not! Maybe you didn't know but facial expressions reflect peoples emotional state which situation-related can turn out very differently. In this case she's worried about the situation and feels uncomfortable and yes such an expression can look different to if she would feel comfortable and confident! But obviously some people here have studied art design and psychology and know everything much better!

You understand that my scenes are huge with a lot of text and till I share all the files and describe someone on the web what should happen there, what I frequently don't even know myself before not start working with the scene, I could just create it myself! And that all areas where action takes place, only I know about their nature, is the smallest matter. So, I would need to give some stranger the total responsibility of some scenes, and he/she can do whatever they want to with it, doesn't matter if the area and the style looks totally different all of a sudden and won't fit to my dialogues! I also didn't see many people using such huges scene set-ups, btw!
So, I think the matter here is that some people, apart from that they are completely clueless about the work on such an ambitious project, are less worried about a realistic solution to speed up development but that I earn too much money in their opinion, for actually working every day on the game for at least 8 hours per day and spending free time just on fitness, buying groceries, eating and sleeping, what they of course don't understand and can only laugh about! They want that I get less money, so I have to give away some of it doesn't matter if it would speed things up or not.
If in my case it's greed, buddy, then in your case it's envy. And the funny thing is that there are devs who get 10 times more than I and also don't work significantly faster, especially compared to the details and fullness of every scene which just takes more time to create! But nobody is complaining there. The reason is clear why. Only if you get sexual stuff in every update, doesn't matter if it makes sense or not, you are working hard!

It's possible we see less of them together, yes, because it could be the case that future Alyssa path events will take precedence over future Ellie/Julia events at the house. But it will also likely affect future Sophia/Ellie events which I mentioned and you selectively left out of the quoted post.
It's also not about the point system either, but about possible variables required for future events.
If there is some intimacy between Ellie and Julia, then triggering this event in the code might be what's necessary to continue intimacy between Sophia and Ellie, hence why L&P said it will "lessen opportunities". This would be because, in terms of the story, Sophia sees it and becomes turned on which gives her more taboo thoughts towards her daughter, but not seeing it won't put those thoughts in her head.
The point is that L&P has said that choosing Alyssa will "lessen opportunities" with Ellie and this is likely to refer to intimate, sexual opportunities. Whether this will ultimately affect the chances Sophia and Ellie going all the way is unclear, but it is possible that these missed opportunities might be necessary in terms of variables in order for them to go all the way, hence why those who don't want to risk that not happening are going to have to drop Alyssa.

I feel you're dancing around the issue. Most complaints have nothing to do with how much money you make. Not only that, but if you were faster with the updates, I bet you would make significantly more than you do now. I think the concerns that the game will be left unfinished are reasonable, considering you'll continue to work on it for the next decade according to the revealed development plan. It takes an enormous amount of willpower to work on something for 10+ years, especially when it's an ongoing creative process, porn game or not.
In his situation, which will not change, L&P needs a good software first of all. A good JavaScript programmer would do it in a month. At most.
As an example. A software that puts a number of vertices of a character in contact with other vertices of another character.
With respect to presets, using it as a base is not a bad idea. Could do your own presets and use them later without wasting any more time.

Why are you considering the people on this board to be his supporters? Some of them are, but we really have no information on how many of his patrons frequent this forum. There could be a silent majority that just don't post.
What his patrons have to say on the matter on his Patreon site is a different matter. Since I'm not a patron myself, I don't know, but just judging by the number of his patrons slowly going up, they seem to be happy with him at the moment
There's no need to take as a personal attack or as an offensive act towards you any opinion which is different from the way you see the same topic. And this includes this comment.
Someone is indicating that Sophia's face is terrible in a specific scene? Just simply ask the guy to elaborate on what specifically is making her terrible in that scene. No need to take offense out of this. And if you still don't agree: No problem! At least both of you made an attempt to improve something.
Someone is indicating that the slippers should be closer to the ground? Well, by the fact that you finally modified that scene it means you do agree the guy gave you a good remark. Why complaining about it? Do not take it personally, he just noticed something he recognized as a mistake and highlighted that. And it helped improving your product.
And last but not least: If multiple people are complaining about long development time it means that this is effectively affecting their perception of the product release. It's a feedback, it's important for you as well. Just try having a constructive discussion, there is really no need to aggressively contest their opinion as this will not make them change their mind but only increase their and your frustration.
Don't You think it's exaggeration (even excuse). You can always discuss details about scenes with your colleague(s) and fix them accordingly, iterative approach in development is your friend. Even if, in worst case scenario, you'll find final result unsatisfactory, you'll be able fix it yourself and imho (I admit that I might be wrong here) it would be way faster, than create this scene from the scratch. Moreover it's possible to discover some creative ideas during discussions, two heads sometimes better than one.

It seems L&P has had a bad day and wants to vent, as I said in a previous post is wasting time and energy in useless discussions, the players adapt to the game and not vice versa, who cares if the slippers are raised off the ground ? We are here because the story and the game are very good (even if we only have two sex scenes and you give us blue balls after each update), a tip for L&P, stop wasting time arguing with people and focus on developing the game that is the only thing that matters, the only people you owe explanations are your Patreon subscribers

Most patrons/not only his/dont make comments at all on Patreon.Hell some don't even download the games because they are supporting the dev not the game he/she is making.Yesterday one dev reminds me here that I can download the new update of his game.It's so common to me to get updates from here that I am barely checking Patreon.

I honestly wouldn't even bother replying to the complainers in here, all you going do is further frustrate yourself more by trying to talk it out with them. Great renders (way better than a few years ago), a lot of them aren't needed. Banal story which gets boring at times.
Plenty of branches that are going to lead nowhere.
With this rate of updates the probability of you finishing it in the next decade is probably in the 5% region.
The update times/content ratio is bad and it looks like it's getting worse.
You don't fulfill your own patreon promises despite getting the $ goals.

Not clueless, not vacuous. They're opinions and I'm entitled to one. You can read it, not read it, ignore it, or just do what you do to everyone that does not kiss your feet and call them a troll because in your head absolutely nothing can be wrong with your game which for you is a piece of contemporary art and not a banal story with 3d images to which people fap to, which, for the record, is better than most games out there.
