  • If Liam doesn't find out about Sophia's relationships with Ellie and/or Dylan, that would be a major cop-out by L&P. But you aren't crazy to suggest that he may skip it. But doing so would be a mistake.
  • I haven't gotten that far yet in my GW playthrough, but from my understanding it shows a flaw in Sophia's character (a flaw that I think is intentional from the writing). If she feels that her marriage is on the line, then she's not doing a good job of communicating that with Liam- and I think that's an intentional decision by L&P. To my knowledge, Sophia hasn't really expressed her concerns to Liam, and frankly they feel a little unwarranted. Yes, the sex hasn't been good lately (though I think it has gotten better), and Liam's been working long hours; but these are understandable tradeoffs in a long-term marriage when life is stressful. Whatever Liam's failings, I think Sophia is being a little unfair in her concerns.
  • In my opinion, Patricia's obsession with Sophia exists as a curiosity as to how far she can push Sophia. Patricia and Carl have established rules in their relationship that Patricia has clearly verbalized. So, while Patricia is definitely interested in corrupting Sophia, I don't think she intends or realizes how susceptible Sophia is to those efforts. I admit, this is all purely me speculating, but I do think that Patricia has Sophia's best interests at heart. And while Patricia may think that getting Sophia to loosen up is in Sophia's best interest, I don't think Patricia intends for Sophia to cross the line. We'll know a lot more about Patricia's intentions if/when lines start to get pushed with Ellie while Patricia is around. In the end though, I don't think Patricia wants Sophia's life to be ruined, and that's what will happen if the full Filthy Route is pursued.
You forget Liam was the one that basically lost their house to the mob because of his selfish gambling, which also contributed him to work longer hours as well as Sophia to get another job that would pay her some extra money. She definitely expressed her concerns to him after that but he really seemed to think it wasn't that big of a deal. In my opinion Sophia was too forgiving and didn't go far enough in punishing him. She should at least have moved out with the kids and stayed with her sister until Liam straightened out his own problem. Now she has gotten roped into solving his problem for him even if it is a benign task for her to do. Liam hasn't seemed to learn anything from this. If my wife did something like that I would have divorced her immediately. Liam is a jerk and Sophia is better off without him.

Thought of he day.
Most people on here, if not all of you, expect something very bad to happen to Sophia when Liam discovers about her affairs.
What would happen if say Liam discovers that Sophia has been unfaithful and they have a fight and Liam drives off mad as hell and has a fatal car crash?
Sophia filled with guilt/remorse and unable to afford the upkeep of the mansion would maybe have to move back home, alienated by her children because of what Sophia's caused, the death of there father.
I already posted quite a few pages ago that Liam is getting Covid19 and going to die

But I'll play and imagine it from Liam's perspective.

"Well my wife should be fine, her and the kids appear closer than ever and Sam is always eager to help, so she will be upset for sure but she and the kids will be fine, they have each other.............oh fuck, it really sucks I got Covid19 and going to die, my wife is hot"

does l&p uses blender or character creator 3 with iclone 7.2? pure curiosity...
Daz Studio I believe

You know what's hilarious? I literally did forget about the casino incident. lol

I go back and forth on the fallout of the casino disaster. On one hand, the results are so wildly terrible that they are both hard to take seriously and don't feel realistic. On the other hand, taken literally, they are an enormous betrayal of Sophia and the family. Someone with that kind of gambling problem needs immediate help, or else the family needs to seriously consider breaking away from him to protect themselves. And his actions since to make up for it haven't been great...but part of that I put on the writing. The Morello storyline seems very important, but it doesn't seem to be all encompassing. If a family had just lost the deed of their house to the mob, I think everything else in their lives would stop IMMEDIATELY. But both Liam and Sophia are carrying on a fairly normal life since then, so it makes it a little hard for me to judge just how serious of a problem it is since the main characters should be dropping everything in their lives to find a solution to this problem. And, these solutions should not rely on the "good faith" of the Don himself. I know Liam doesn't want to ask Carl, but there are other options (or Sophia could just tell him to suck it up, that they need Carl's help and that he needs to suck it up).

Sophia already knew about Liam and his gambling so where did they go?They went to a casino, great choice.
Sophia then left Liam alone to get felt up by Tyler, another great choice.
So you could say that Sophia was selfish in her actions and Liam should of known better.
So you cannot put all the blame o Liam as they both acted very naive
Let's not start this again. Sophia is not to blame for Liam's actions. While she didn't make the situation better by leaving him, he needs to be responsible and she couldn't have expected him to get into so much trouble. Sophia is selfish in other ways, but we need to separate that from Liam's actions because it diffuses blame and that's a tactic used by addicts to avoid responsibility.

All that said, Liam and Sophia are in this together now, so it's best that they do approach it as a team. I don't agree with the idea that Sophia should have left him on the spot, and nor do I think she's to blame for Liam's actions. But they're in a serious pickle, and I hope that L&P commits more time to this story moving forward. I don't want to see it split time evenly with less important plots.

Wow, those are pretty extreme views.

You seem to forget that it is "our" or "your" decisions that make it happen (or not).
There is also the possibility to take Liam home from the casino and have a nice sexy evening.
You complain about a route that you chose yourself.
However, if you had no choice in the casino, because you went with the girls still in the club (lesbian route), then you have worked very hard on it and and neat lesbian and filth points collected... shame on you ;)

Apart from the fact that Liam works very hard to provide his family with a nice life in a huge house with a pool etc. and is working towards the position of CEO, he has done nothing wrong (apart from the night in the casino).
Yes, Sophia said the sex comes a little short, but seriously....
After about 18 years of marriage (Ellie should be at that age) with two kids, to declare a state of emergency after two weeks of no sex.... I would say, they have a very, very good relationship ;)

Apart from that, some people seem to forget that it is still a game.
Even more so an erotic/porn game. Therefore, one should overlook the one or the other inconsistency.
Otherwise there would be very little content...

The good thing in this game is we can corrupt a pretty decent wife (in porn games terms). so, If we lose Liam I feel the straight path loses a lot of meaning.

Between COVID and the slow release schedule, there isn't much else for us to do but discuss the game with insane detail.

Just because Sophia knew about Liam and his proclivity to gamble does not mean she is to blame for his actions. She repeatedly stressed to Liam to be careful yet Liam chose to go all in. No one put a gun to his head and forced him to gamble and I don't buy the bullshit that people with problems like excessive gambling don't have any control over their actions. Every day they can choose to overcome it or choose to fall into it, but it's their choice alone. Sophia is not to blame here.

lol I guess it's only natural to forget some parts of the game since the updates don't come too often. They could be carrying a normal life so as not to upset the kids or let Patricia know about their problem. It's not exactly a fault but some people get embarrassed when forced to ask family for help so they often go it alone the best they can.

Are there instances where she climaxes it at least the guy clim? (Outside of her husband)

Haven't really played this game yet I'm aware of its reputation of being blue balled but it's popularity makes me check it every now and then if there's finally content.
So far, Sofia has sex only with her husband.

You’re right about it’s your choice to choose and if you don’t want to see it then don’t choose it, but the only problem is you may have to take it because you may need x amount of filthy point and/or y amount of support character points to advance a particular storyline. L&P already said, using GTA as a reference, that you may not like a path but you might not have a choice but to take it to advance a story or scene. If you don’t take it, the reader may end up getting block from further development in that path.
