And once again you praised the plot without ever able to explain what the plot is. It's amazing how one can enjoy something that one doesn't even know what it is.
The best I can figure is, its about a woman thats been living in a bubble (safe environment) all her life. Now shes having to adjust to a new and strange way of life where anything can happen.

Regarding the main plot the way I see it is all about how Sophia deals with this new life she has, moving to a new unfamiliar city, getting a new job, meeting new people. So I think it's how she deals with all new situations that she find herself in, how will she deal with the fact that Dylan thinks of her in sexual way, how will she deal with the fact that depending on her choices Dylan might not go to college, than there is Sam and she knows that he fantasize about her, and this new lesbian side of her that she's discovering, sexual problems with her husband etc. Will she endure and stay a good wife, will she succumb to her desires and become filthy woman who sleeps around with everyone, or maybe something in between. And I can't help but to think that she is more naive than prude, too naive for her age I might say. I mean the way she sees some situations it's like she lived her whole life in a bubble where everything was perfect. It's like she led a life without a single worry, and just now started to experience real life situations where she has to make tough choices that will, for better or for worse, influence hers and the lives of the people she loves.

Definitely. Not necessarily have to be a bad person, but can simply be a bad husband in a way that he didn't do what a husband is supposed to. Think about what's a good wife is like, then that should be what a good husband is like. Same with bad wife and bad husband. Bad wife can be about ignoring the husband, ignoring the kids, etc.

But what we have here is the husband being pretty much ignorant to the wife, which means there's no actual benefit of being a good wife to such husband. And worse, even if you be a bad wife, the husband stayed the same one dimensional husband that is not affected by how you reacted as a the wife.
That would all be well and good if he'd been this way for their entire marriage, but this is clearly a recent development due to her husband's new job. Therefore the benefit to being a good wife is to just ride this rough patch through until he gets things together and circumstances return to them having a happy marriage. In fact given that this is a rather recent development after about two decades of marriage, Sophia has to be pretty damn selfish and petty to let a period of neglect that is a drop in the ocean in the grand scheme of things make her so willing to cheat so quickly. Which in my mind makes her a worse wife than he is a husband (if she chooses this path).

Even i could not write myself out of this corner if the next 2 updates are similar as the last one. He needs to focus on one story and starts a transition to some action instead of writing all stories at once and progressing none of them to anything.
Not sure I agree. I think the dev is setting up the scenario that all of the storylines build the frustration and desire in Sophia until she can no longer resist and finally act on one situation. This capitulation will have a cascade effect, as she succumbs ever more frequently to desire/temptation. Sophia has been built as a very conservative, uptight woman. Only a significant amount of pressure will work; pressure from multiple fronts (kids, teacher, soccer mom (need more of her!), maid, sister) will build upon each other until she breaks. I am curious as to which Sophia will give into first.

For the record, I want it to be Alyssa, then Emma, then Ellie. Seems a decent path. Sam can be worked into that mix as well.

But your overall point is very valid: end of the day, this is a sex game. Sex might be nice at some point, and sooner the better.

The people who defend this game never seem to address the issues about pointless scenes and the dumb stuff like how every five minutes in her life, 5th graders are always falling on her dick first. The slow pace is what they like, ignoring that proper build up should be character development not stupid scenes of Sophia's shirt ripping constantly.

I wonder if these people actually read the game or if they just skipped through it, saw there wasn't much nudity and came straight here to exalt it's brilliance. If you have defenses for the poor character development and strange coincidences with ripping clothes and landing on dicks, let me hear it. I'm interested.

But isn't that kind of the beauty of it? You have direct control over the pacing (at least in game).
Personally I try to look at it more holistically, I enjoy the teasing and the eroticism to a certain point and when I'm bored of it I just skip it. The only reason it's a problem is that there is no pay off yet, which is fair enough, but I'm waiting to judge the game in its finished form. So I suppose that's the real answer, if you find the scenes pointless just skip them, it shouldn't be something which causes you irritation because it's entirely in your control. If your problem stems from the dev wasting his time then that's a whole other discussion.

As for whether or not my critique is really all that valid (especially if I claim holistically) if I'm not experiencing each and every scene (probably even as the dev intended), I would say that we've been given agency in certain departments, so why not exercise that power to make it more enjoyable for ourselves rather than let it lessen our joy to the point of frustration?

In regards to the writing, I'm not coming in here expecting Dostoevsky or Shakespeare, in fact I don't think I've played anything that could even surpass twilight as far as writing goes so my expectations here are pretty low but to be fair I really only just started playing these types of games recently, barring Katawa Shoujo a couple years back, so i'm not as jaded or cynical of all the cliched and contrived story lines and plot points.

All in all I don't think the game is a masterpiece by any stretch, but so far I think it's good for what it is and I hope it lives up to it's potential, though I think the dev may have been a bit too ambitious. Either way I hope he makes the game according to his vision and whatever mistakes he makes or doesn't make he and other devs can learn from them and we can all enjoy better games in the future because of it.

I can't remember if the husband has been like this for their entire marriage, or if it's recent, or if it's mixed. However, the fact is that we can only play what's presented to us in the game (the recent events). If the husband has been good in the past, but was never shown to be good in the game, then there is a clear disconnect for his characteristic. It isn't a good way to portray a character as good husband based on "well he has been good in the past right up to before the game started" but then only showing his new bad side during the game itself.

Keep it going with the slow pace. I love it. Always something to wait. Every tiniest dirty thing in the game makes me ten times harder than those all-in hardcore games. I always stop playing the games where you've seen everyones tits and pussies penetrated after 10 minutes. There is just nothing more to see, and it takes the fun out of it for me. DON'T CHANCE A THING PLS.

In my playthrough i was able to turn down the creepy teacher at the restaurant and go to the principle so im cool with that, i think we need some Patricia with her gun to scare him off a little. :p How you can tell Liam about Opera tickets? Because now that i see pictures i've missed some events.

For opera you need to be on good wife path, or at least on not so filthy path.

The dev of this game is not American...besides that I think the fetish has a lot more weight to it if the woman turning into a slut was prudish before. Makes the fall greater or something.

And, to break up the chatter a little, how about a dev update. Feel free to begin the debate about this (which actually sounds pretty good):

Info about 0.05 and the next update
Patrons only
Jul 20 at 4:36pm
Just to summarize what vers. 0.05 (playable day 6) was primarily about (spoiler alert!):
1) the little approach of Sophia and Ellie

2) the reaction on the subway assault

3) If nursing job accepted: Sophia and the old men got to know each other a bit

4) Emma's "transformation" and a further approach to Sophia (they got kind of a friendly relationship now)

5) Dylan got some new bruises - Sophia becomes a little suspicious and talks with her husband about it

6) Liam meets Nathalie

7) The dinner with Dylan's teacher and him showing his real face (he's currently the obstacle of Dylan's way to college!)

The next update:

I've started with the development of the next version. I think I'll divide the next playable day 7 in a vers. 0.055 and 0.06! Not because it will be huge, but rather because I'll be away from the 28th of August to the 4th of September, and I don't know if I'll mange to finish the whole next game day until then. In this week I just can program the game but not render anything.

So I'll highly probable develop the events of the morning and noon for 0.055 (7 events). And the events of the afternoon and evening (4 events) for 0.06.

I can't say for sure when the next update 0.055 will be finished. I hope it will be done within 3 weeks. That update will already include the Ellie and Dylan event, which are the beginning of the actual storyline with them!

But if I see, that I can manage to finish the whole day until the 27th of August, I'll do that of course. Maybe even finish the final programming and translation from abroad and upload it then.
to be honest and talking frankly, I liked the demo and the two following updates of this game cause I don't mind a slow progress when there is a good quality. I said "progress"! but it seems that this game instead of progressing it is regressing in the two last updates. first we got some hot and subtle scenes (lingerie scene with liam and the incident with sam and dylan, the dress scene with sam in the bedroom, the basketball scene with sam and dylan, the chello scene with sam...etc) logically the word "development" means progress and the game was supposed to become hotter with every update. but the 4th and 5th updates were very disappointing with no content but some useless scenes and long long stretched monologues. this dev is a smartass who intend to get a maximum money for a long long time cause mathematically he delivered 5 updates in 7 months...which means he will need 35 months to deliver the remaining 25 updates (playable days). he's already earning around 4k $ per month and I am sure he'll reach 10k by the 10th update. he'll probably get around 350 000 $ by the end of the game. so you can expect a very very stretched game and months or years of blue balls with some drops of hot content every update.
